@@IneskaaF not a chance! DC fix has never ever been so thick as the one in video. My DC fix white wood was crap when I bought it and mark me when iam say that iam a professional vinyl wrapper. The thickest vinyl DC fix have is the transparent one for the window (whitout glue)
@@notbad442 dcfix premium version will be good enough for something like this, don't use dcfix thin budget version. 3M it's also good but expensive. And be careful with the hot air gun.

This will fail with time as heat and moisture lift the edges - 12 months max. The adhesive vinyl you can pick up at DIY stores tens to be fablon or DC Fix. It's so thin and flimsy and will gouge and scratch easily, has no fire ratings or guarantees and will discolour. Stuff like 3m, although top end and installed by pros, comes with a 10 yr warranty and looks and feels like the real thing. That film will pop out of those resesses in no time.
I bought some cheap dc-Fix kinda stuff three years ago just to give it a go. It still holds perfectly. I also painted some kitchen doors two years ago and that paint isn't looking nearly as good. Actually I had those same doors painted professionally five years ago and that paint lasted for two or three years before it started to wear off in certain places, which is kinda weird.
Which architectural film are you using? 3M, LG, Reatec, Belbien?

It makes no difference. Just pull it off and it's gone. It shouldn't even leave any residue.

Lo más probable te quedó mal porque no usaste el adhesivo correcto, no a cualquier adhesivo se le puede aplicar calor.

Use primer
A good qaulity product like Cover Styl or 3M will be fine if you use primer.
