Love that thrash, they got the full body movement so well! You can really feel the force of it throwing its head back and forth so fast
I agree fully! It looks incredibly nice. I always worry about their anims, namely walking, not having weight but this one he's really going at it. It's really nice work!
What’s the trashing for again? Was Allo one of the dinos that was gonna take meat chunks off of living animals??

Allo being in development is such a big w for evrima. I wished it was coming in this update but as long as it releases next update I'll be happy. The roster is definitely missing a more robust predator that isn't deino.

Btw: All Dinos should be able to walk like Diabloceratops sideway backward and al these movements.
I feel like that would make fighting alott more fun

@@DZWK86 it would make sense if dinosaurs that depended on their claws could get it like theri sucho spino and baryonx and they gave them a slight strafe so they could actually have more of a defensive playstyle if needed and well if u need to run just run aside from spino cuz I doubt there’s gonna be many things that r gonna make it run from them
@@juanverde5678 how tf would it just be pot? Tell me it wouldn’t be awesome to side strafe and jaw wrestle each other as ceratos. It would look like they are actually squaring up for a fight rather than just running in spam biting. The raptors having a fight with the directional kick attacks while strafing would look cool af too. Would be like two roosters going at it

That thrashing is way too intense for a 3 ton dinosaur. I can feel its brain shaking inside. If she could ease on the head movement it would become perfect.
I don't really mind it honestly, but yea the speed would make more sense for a smaller animal instead of one that weighs nearly 3 tons.

@@firasalmeshari4851 Though to be fair, when you think about it, in order to make organs that are firmly attacked to the body fall off just by shaking, it has to do it pretty violently, so it makes sense at least in that regard.
Put it on 2x speed. That's how it should be.

I am so excited for the Allosaurus' eventual addition to Gateway. The thrash animation looks very good and seeing that it's also using its hands to hold the body for a second is cool. Can't wait to main as the allosaurus again after a good while. Great video as always Saphir! 😁

Wasn't allosauruses skull weak to sideways stresses.
By Thrashing like that would be more likely to break its own skull, than inflict significant damage.
A bite and pull animation would be more appropriate.

Hope the trash is going to be slowed down a bit, even without it being impossible to not be concussed when it does it that fast with that much force, it still looks quite silly. Slowed down the video to about 0.75x and even that was a good speed.

allo was the largest predator alive during the Jurassic it is about half the size of a t rex so yeah it will dwarf even a carno.
allo is a true apax of the jurassic, it was like a lion of today, also hunted in pack, should be able to 2 v 1 a stego casually

Allosaurus was between 700kg to 1500 kg for an average adult. With one gigantic specimen probably being 2000-2400kg.
Carnotaurus was between 1300-2100kg for the one specimen we have. But because we only have once specimen we cant tell for certain if the average would have been significantly larger or smaller.
Ceratosaurus was between 460kg and 980kg with significant differences from individual to individual.
So allo and carno are pretty much the same size, and a small allo would overlap with a large cerato.
Animation, to be implemented into the game 3 years from now on lol

looking past the crazy allo fans and all the shadow drama, allo would actually be a great idea to release next, with 3 ton diablo having a predator for it is great, just like legacy, too. and plus its a good step up in size from carno, so its a good next dino up (not worrying about deinosuchus)
It also explains why Dibble got a size buff to 3 tons, because Allo weighs nearly 3 tons and if Dibble was kept at 1.5 tons it would get obliterated.
On top of that it also kinda explains why Omni's grapple is so overpowered, because that is the kind of power I'd expect Allo to have.
As always I don't wanna get my hopes up but it really looks like Allo is coming relatively soon.
@@alunaticwithashotgun9840 Wait, when did you guys hear it was buffed to 3 tons? I'm pretty sure it was 2 tons two weeks ago when they buffed it from 1.5 tons and lowered its damage to 275 instead of 300.

It's official. It's an unlisted video on YT someone was able to find because they found the Diablo trail-cam in-game, which had the link to the video written on it.
you can find a camera ingame in the hordetest, you use the link on the camera to find the unlisted video, its official.
For all the drama surrounding the development, going to have to give it to them neat points for an arg style easter egg for treasure hunting locations via trailers like that. Gives me Payday 2 vibes with that kind of easter egging
