So glad I'm not the only one to find the staff in Zara rude. I had 2 staff members be rude to me in the Duke of York Square Zara in London a couple of weeks ago and again today at home in Brighton. I was beginning to think it was me. 😁
It's not you, it's often the same rudeness here in France, in many Zara stores. Not all of them, but still... ☹️

A little tip for you.
If ever you get grease on washable clothes,, rub some washing up liquid into the stain before washing the DRY garment.
I doubt even dry cleaners will get the stain out now, as you’ve added water into the equation xx

All Frankie shop blazers have a high polyester composition, so they can’t be washed via the machine. Either dry cleaning or steam with a bit of soap in the localised area.
If you dry iron grease with brown paper underneath that should draw it out x
