- Hi everyone! Are you a Prince fan? Do you love the color purple? If you answered yes then this is the tutorial for you! I am going to show you how to make a stunning beaded choker necklace with chain swags, sparkly beads, a Czech focal bead, and druzy gemstones. I'll be using the beads from Didi’s Deluxe Bead Box for February. The name of that box is Purple Rain. If you don’t have those beads you can still make these necklaces. Please check the list of materials down below.

I have something to say about this video. Didi and Louisa are the best team on CZcams!!!!! Nobody comes close to them. I watch these videos to learn something new. I want to be able to see what they are doing and hear what they say. I do not enjoy watching videos where their mats are so messy with beads and findings that they most likely won’t even use. So many videos have all these personal stories and laughter going on you lose focus on what they are doing. It’s irritating. Didi spends so much time curating her boxes and Louisa taking just as much time creating beautiful pieces. Good job you two!!!! So glad I found you.

I to saw Prince during his Purple Rain tour in Seattle. I remember them dropping all those Purple balloons and rose's on us. I brought a bouquet home. 💐
I loved his movie too. I've been to well over a hundred concerts since then and I would have to say his show was definitely in my top 10 most memorable.
I to 1st thought choker when I watched the unboxing. I think I relate Prince to chokers is because he always wore turtles necks, scarfs and those kind of tops that covered his neck in a choker fashion. But my 2nd thought was thinking his gf wore one in the movie. Anyway beautiful design thank you greatly for sharing your talents!

Hi Luisa, I found a way to make this using Soft Flex very fine stringing wire and different findings. I haven't added the chains and dangles yet but the 14" length is perfect for me. Again, thank you for this video showing how to make this beautiful choker. ☺😊

Luisa booboo is such a beautiful cat. I'm so happy he is doing well. Luisa I have question about the 2 ends that you used in place of wire guardians can the wire guardian be used if I don't have those ends? This is a beautiful piece but I feel so inadequate trying to recreate this necklace and frustrated. Sometimes I wish you were right here in person next to me teaching me. Hi, you have me confused on the double needle, did you enter the needle on the right side and after the focal were you entering on the left ? I was thinking that the thread length would be shorter but it looked like it was even at the end. Hope I didn’t confuse you I probably didn’t word it correctly, I’ll have to give it try and see if I can make one. Really unique and beautiful! Thank you for the video 🤗💜✨🙋♀️
lol..Sorry. It can be confusing. As long as you have equal amount of beads on each side and then crisscross through a center bead of the flower focal, it doesn’t matter which side you load first. It’ll make more sense once you do it. 🙂
