Different group but from the same city - I’d recommend watching “śniadanie” (breakfast) by Smile but the XVII Mazurska Noc Kabaretowa version - corpsing and improvising makes it so much funnier 😁

My favourite one of KMN is the Brzuchomówca ( ventriloquist) but this one is pretty good too
Poetry isn't boring, everyone is listening to it on a daily basis - in all the songs.
And that shows how poetry is more of a half-baked product or ingredient of sth well done
Lubię Ani Mru Mru bo nie są wulgarni, dobre teksty, dobra gra aktorska i dobre wyczucie czasu. Nie przepadam za stand-up"erami bo w większości są bardzo wulgarni i teksty mają takie sobie. Pewnie to teraz taka moda żeby kląć na scenie ale mnie się to nie podoba. Wolę bystre i inteligentne teksty i kulturę osobistą na scenie.
To tak jak ja. 😊
I dont know, maybe i missed: did you see "lokomotywa? It is an old "poetry" for kids. You have to watch, trust me. This is their the best, I mean
I recommend "Podkop" of Ani-Mru-Mru
I haven't seen this either, it looks like the idea was taken from Janusz Gajos' monologue entitled "Chopin Competition", but they adapted it perfectly to their style.
This is how those shows really are, on TV we only see skits and nothing else. Skits of course are part of the performance but cabaret artists are amazing at building rapport with the audience. Believe me, nothing beats seeing them live in theaters.

i recommend also ending song Ani Mru Mru ,,Mruczenie". Ending the kabarets so different is an art :)

Ciekawe tłumaczenia tam są angielsko-polskie.
Ciekawe czy go zrozumie bo skecz składa się głównie z gry słów i ciągle by musiał czytać wyjaśnienia znaczenia wyrazów.
Moim zdaniem nie da się tego przetłumaczyć bez nadmiernej ilości przypisów
@@Pan_Damjanek akurat się da. Wystarczy odgórnie dać notkę, że jest zbyt dosłownie, chyba, że w konkretnych wypadkach jest inaczej i wtedy konkretny przypis.
Próbujcie, ja się tego nie podejmę na bank xd

Yes, that was great. At some point I realized I had watched it in the past. If I remember correctly they said this gig is risky as it depends on the audience cooperating and you never know if they will. I do like this kabaret. Polish people and British have a similar sense of humour, so I'm not surprised you liked it, but it was a bit slow to start, but yeah my cheeks felt it too. When you said "maestro" and he told you off, that was so funny. I didn't hear the audience saying it, only you.

You make a great job. Thx for your efforts. I'd recommend you to see " Jacek Balcerzak" sketch. These are the most crazy and funny skits of Paranienormalni besides "Mariolka".
Alkohimalaiści byłoby dobre i chyba łatwe do przetłumaczenia i zrozumiałe dla Anglików.
You can react with great group call Limo with Abelard Giza they had many good sketches.

I have bad news for you Rob, unless you only listen to instrumental music...
And there's a lot of good poems, even if you don't count song lyrics. Some polish ones from the top of my head: Reduta Ordona, Elegia o chłopcu polskim, Kot w pustym mieszkaniu.
Check „wywiadówka” by Smile and Młodych panów, there isnt so much words play, morę universal theme

There is some good and not boring poetry it's called music (if you want to check uot some polish poetry music i would really recommend "czaqu" they are so underrated)

Fun(?) fact: two main actors are Michał Wójcik and Marcin Wójcik. They are not related but before they became super famous everone thought they are brohers.
I don't know if anyone else noticed it, but Marcin Wójcik i Waldemar Wilkołek look like brothers, in my opinion they have similar features and especially facial expressions, Waldek have vibe of that younger silly brother. 😄

I dare to contraddict you. Poetry may not be boring. I'm writing poems from my very early years and now that I'm more mature I use the verses event to write more funny things. Have you ever read something about the beauty of the pigeon or something that introduce common life things like the microwave or the fridge into a poem? We have been told at school that poetry is something hard to understand, something distant from us, from our common life experience but it's not. Poetry can be fun, playing with words and their multiple meanings, can be something so close to our everyday experience that it's easy to identify with the experience of the author. Please stop saying that poetry is boring

Saying to Polish People that "poetry is boring" is stomping on thin Ice. We consider ourselves as nation of poets. Poetry is playing a very important role in our history and society.
Yes! And we also have a tradition of different streams of singing poety, for example
- so called literally "poezja śpiewana",
- singers who we used to call "bards" like Kaczmarski or Gintrowski,
- strong movement of mountains related songs, with dedicated festivals and bamds like "Stare Dobre Małżeństwo" or "Wolna Grupa Bukowina"
- singing actors, including "Festiwal Piosenki Aktorskiej".
They all use poetry and have their big audience.
And way more! Like poetry related to Warsaw Uprising.
These poems are so much touching for many of Poles.

Ponieważ wygląda na to że Najlepszy w kabarecie moralnego niepokoju jest Robert Górski który chociaż już nie jest tak dobry jak kiedyś w " Imprezie u Bogdana " Czy " wycieczce " ale daje radę , natomiast pozostali aktorzy z tego kabaretu może i są dobrymi aktorami ale raczej nie komediowymi , na dodatek widać u nich że grają a nie są postaciami które odgrywają , co stwarza poczucie sztuczności kiedy się na nich patrzy . Kiedy się na przykład porówna skecze KMN i skecze innych kabaretów to niestety widać że różnica pod tym względem jest duża .
