I agree with the person that said he chooses to intentionally not eat . He literally does eat like 6 bites throughout the day and that is not healthy with the calories your body naturally burns throughout the day he’s practically eating 0 calories . My mother in law got the same exact surgery and she eats a few bites of her meals too but she eats every 2-3 hours. I know he’s probably traumatized from being obese but now he’s overdoing it and gonna mess with his health just like there’s obesity there’s anorexic and he’s doing that to himself . There’s a lot of people who get the surgery but there’s healthy ways to do it he’s 6ft tall and is 160ish pounds that’s literally tinyyyyyyy.

Yes I get that he got the gastric sleeve. But I feel like he intentionally forces to barely eat to get the best outcome of this surgery. Look at karina Garcia. She got the same surgery and she still out her pigging out. Her weight loss was not as dramatic as Alan’s. Adam ray got the same surgery and his change wasn’t as drastic either and he still out here eating his life away and actually gaining weight back. I think Alan is scared of that happening to him because he’s done everything on the book to lose the weight and keep it off and he’s always had problems with it coming back. He’s really out here avoiding his old eating habits creep back in. That’s the problem. He’s not eating and what he eats isn’t even nutritional. It’s giving eating disorder vibes.

I disagree I am 4months post op and and eat until I feel full!! I have lost 96lbs the surgery is different for everyone. When I forget to take my vitamins or don’t drink enough water I feel sick!! I have been eating things I shouldn’t do it should slow down my weight lost but it has done the opposite. Also Adam got the bypass which is a completely different surgery and post op care requirements. I can only eat a little over half a taco and when it comes to eggs I can only do 2 medium eggs (egg whites only) the experience is different for everyone and personally I feel like it’s very rude to assume someone is exaggerating the process because there is people who are on TPN because of vsg malnutrition which is the main reason for most of the vsg post op complications.

You need to go to the doctor, Alan. You could possibly have kidney stones or a very bad UTI. My husbands neighbor died from an untreated UTI and a classmate of mine was hospitalized due to kidney stones and needed to have surgery. This is something to take serious. Take care of yourself! 💗💗

It’s low blood pressure and sugar lows and you need to eat more frequently. I had my VSG in 2014. Ive experience this more often during my pregnancies
