Listened to this today as I care for one of my rescued animals that is slowly dying.
It was helpful and brought some cheer into the situation.

Let go, and let God. In peace find the love that IS.

As painful as it is, open your heart huge to the experience and alliow the pain to wash through every pore in your body. Don't resist it and at some point when it feels too much to resist, resist even less. This happened to me when my ex died with our son watching. It was more than heartbreaking, more than agony. There was no way to escape and when I finally opened up and surrendered completely to the experience of agony, there was an amazing heart-opening and unconditional love that poured through my body and I even felt gratitude for the experience. I'll never forget it.

Everything changes and passes away …….the most important question is:
“Did you love well? “ and I love the feeling of the mystery of sleep and every morning we wake up we are reborn ❤❤❤
