Theory(bad English):
The girl who is asking Ivy for help, It's part of fashions, where they're forced to participate, and earn money through it, the girl asks for help, which Ivy accepts, she "camouflaging herself", which is just a random girl entering into a fashion, the guy with a mask, probably is a villain through It, and he ended up being "under arrested"
At the end, Ivy talks with Gray (probably), cuz in the video "you look lonely", Kitty was calling him into the reunion.

Yeah, I am sure Gray is talking to her because the device she is using while calling looks like a wing and is purple. Gray has a purple wing on his back too lol. I think he created a device when calling the members. I gathered more theories since Kittypoptime posted another video about the Spring Event.
Actual Video Analysis:
So here it seems that the character was approached by a woman in distress about models that have gone missing, and if you look closely, you can see they all worked with one photographer. This character assumes the form of the woman via her powers, and takes undercover at the same modeling/photography place the missing models had worked with. The sensual feel of the atmosphere at the modeling place leading me to believe these women were abused or trafficked in some way. The character then attacks the person behind the mask, kidnapping them to deal with later or possibly get in information out of. And this character!!! Is just like!!! “Yeah man I did smth in my free time to big dealio”!!! I love her!!!!! So much!!!!!!
I’m not sure how correct it is, but my theory is that this character feels somewhat exploited by the training and testing she underwent in the facility (that Kitty and gang were presumably forced into) and actively seeks out helping others in professions they may be exploited in. But I dunno!!!! Just a game theory!!!!!!!

I looked through this video and I just wanna say that's it looks veryyyy good!!!!
For the lore aspect here's what I got,
So basically we can tell that this takes place after the last video of gray (who we see talking to ivy at the end of the video.) Ivy gets a report by a model that a few models have gone missing. Ivy then cuts part of that girl hair and eats it to tranform into her. (This could be how ivy shapeshifts into others by eating their DNA 🧬.) Ivy gets led in by some random dude that is probably the cause of the models going missing. (I got this because in a quick shot at 0:34. The dude got blood on his hands as he holds the camera.) One thing I find weird is that the man has a mouse mask, idk what that supposed to mean but from my guess its like a cat chasing down a mouse. (Similar to ivy tracking down the dude) We then see ivy posing in rather.... Intimate? Poses. The art is very beautiful I must say❤. In the end of that ivy come up from behind and captures him not killing him because we see a tied up person on the floor at 1:10. Back to the gray and ivy talking.. gray seems to be asking ivy or telling her something about the spring festival or something. I think gray knows something that could happened.. My guess is that villains are going to do something about it. Soo if that is true gray then has to convince Kitty to stop the event. Which is probably why ivy said "Good luck convincing her (kitty)" Thats all I have sooo 👍.

0:31 - 0:33 Ivy cuts off some of this model's hair to take on her appearance (after all, this requires human dna) and goes to a photo session instead of this model (0:34 - 0:46
She meets a suspected photographer (idk villain or not) and catches him after a photo session (0:48 - 0:50)
I do not know if it is worth thinking about who this criminal is, I just wanted to briefly analyze this video

Things I noticed while watching:
(I found all of these in 0.25x speed, check them out yourself if you’d like :D)
-When the model approaches Ivy for help, Ivy (I think) takes a strand of the models hair to get her DNA which may allow Ivy to shapeshifter into the model to catch the kidnapper.
-Ivy has to cut her hair once she shapeshifts into the model in order to impersonate her better.
-There’s one frame of animation where the kidnapper guy is talking to Ivy, whose hands are tied behind her back. It appears as if he’s explaining something to her while they walk to a green screen with photography lights, probably taking pictures of Ivy.
-There is another frame of animation where the photographer is shown taking a picture, then later in the same pose with blood on their hands. This shows that the photographer kills the models after they are done modeling.
-When Ivy eventually murders the kidnapper, they are looking at their camera.
-Constant cat imagery throughout the animation. I think this depicts Ivy as the cat that catches the rat (AKA the kidnapper with a rat mask).

Your drawing style is literally so scrumptious I could just eat it up. ALSO THE CUTSCENE????
Video context : As how Ivy states at the end of the video where she's most likely talking to Gray, she had some freetime and decided to help a girl. Which starts in 0:19, where the girl decides to bother Ivy by asking for help, giving her an envelope(?) that's filled with missing model reports at 0:28 . This girl is definitely a model herself that's too afraid to go to her modelling shoot, thinking she'll go missing too, so she ends up asking a hero that's much more capable of protecting herself than her if anything happens. In which of course Ivy accepts and cuts a part of the girl/model's hair off and eats it at 0:31 (could be the way her power of shapeshifting works by taking the person's DNA first). 0:33 Ivy gets ready and replaces the girl/model in the modelling shoot, where the photographer is a man wearing a rodent mask. 0:35 Ivy poses, does the job and ends up capturing the man when he leasts expects it at 0:48 . We know she didn't kill him since at the end cutscene we see Ivy still in the same modelling room(I believe) with the man tied up and mouth ducktaped, laying on the floor (1:10), as Ivy continues to talk to Gray with her intelligent device that might be the device all the heroes use when they want to call eachother.
Things I noticed :
-If we connect the symbolization in the thumbnail and some parts in the video, also with the fact that the man that's the cause of the missing models wearing a rodent mask, we can conclude that most of the animation is just sort of what's going on in Ivy's mind while she's on this 'mission'. Ivy, symbolizing the cat and the man, symbolizing a rat/mouse. In this case the cat captures the rat/mouse when it leasts expects it.
-The girl/model is wearing a hoodie when asking Ivy for help, she could be hiding from the man/photographer just in case he notices she's not at the modeling shoot like how she's supposed to at that moment.
-At 0:33 after the scene where Ivy successfully shapeshifts into the girl/model, we can see texts that say "Cupido, moles on face, aspiring model, looking for a low profile photographer" this could be the information of the girl/model that Ivy is replacing, or some fake information Ivy made to get into the modelling shoot the girl/model is supposed to be at, but I think the first one is more possible.
-After that scene until 0:34 it just shows the man/photographer getting "Cupido"(Ivy) ready for the shooting.
-At the last scene right before it goes into "Cupido"(Ivy) posing, it shows the man/photographer doing his job, although having blood on his hands. Indicating he IS in fact responsible of the other missing models.
-"Cupido"(Ivy) posing scenes start at 0:35, but it makes me think how Ivy is so good at replicating an actual model's poses. I could be overthinking it but this is either because Ivy has had experience in being a model(maybe she's helped another model before, or she used to be a model), or in Ivy's shapeshifting power she can as well inherit the person's skills/abilities, OR it could be that Ivy is overdoing it, to distract the man/photographer in some way, like it's a part of her plan in capturing him.
-In Ivy's posing scenes, I also noticed that in every pose she does there's a pink effect that flashes once. It might symbolize the man/photographer taking pictures of her.
-At 0:48, they've finished shooting and Ivy takes a peak behind the man/photographer, looking at the pictures he took of "Cupido"(Ivy). She, as the cat is probably waiting patiently for her prey before she captures him.
-At the end Ivy is back in her form, getting a call from Gray, this scene shows how the video is connected to the Gray animation/Chip's last post. With the mentions of a "spring event" and a "meeting with Kitty", their conversation might be about something they both know about that's gonna happen at the festival, to prevent from it happening they want to cancel it(?), considering the fact that Ivy also said "Goodluck convincing her at the meeting". Also if you go back to the All Kittypop Time Characters in 1 minute video, and check Ivy and Gray's description where it says that they're both in charge of attack preventions and other similar things, that just proves the point of what they're trying to do in this spring event situation.
-Ivy likes coffee.

Another masterpiece from you! Can we talk about Ivy's charisma for 3 seconds? From what I understand she stopped a model killer in her spare time by taking the time to play a role that wouldn't make everyone comfortable. BUT SHE SLAY THIS GIRL!!!
All the work you put into frames we don't normally notice is amazing . I had to watch this video about 20 times, trying to figure it out on my own and pausing or even slowing it down at certain points.
I can't wait to find out more about your work, because you give so much hope in the dedication you put into your creations. I think I'm a maximum of one year younger than you and the difference in level is so great... I love seeing the fruit of your passion, your determination and maybe your sleepless nights give life to the universe you've created in your head and that you've probably had to keep to yourself for so long. Sometimes I wonder how someone so passionate can exist, because I'm making progress, but so much more slowly than you. Are you okay with that? Sometimes I think that if I don't work as hard on my art as you do, it's because maybe I have other things I care about just as much. I mean, I just know that art is an outlet for a lot of people. And then, I'm probably just looking for a reason for the huge gap that separates us.

When I see how you manage to give life to your universe, the patience, the love, the determination you put into it, I can only project myself into a future where I too will succeed in giving life to my universe.
So, of course, we often have failures, things we haven't managed to depict the way we wanted, animations we haven't had the motivation to finish, drafts and a story we've redone over and over again. I'm aware that art isn't as simple as imagining it so that it exists. But despite all that and the feelings you might have about your personal work, I want you to know that it's partly thanks to you that I want to learn animation.

So here's what I understand (I'm bored ok, so don't mind me)
I'll explain it shortly yet detailed.
There's a hooded lady asking for Ivy's help since models have been missing.
Quick info about Ivy if you don't know:
- She's an investigator
- She can shape shift
Around 00:31 you can see that the hooded lady was surprised because Ivy will pretend as a model so she could catch the person who's been kidnapping all the models. So Ivy shape shifted and change her profile as "Cupido". (If your eyes is fast, you may see the profile from the left screen around 00:32 ?)
Around 00:34 it's kinda fast flashing but you may see the camera man upsidedown and had a bl_od(?) through his hand which means he's the one who's behind the doing unpleasant things with the missing models.
Luckily, while the camera man was checking out the pictures Cupido(AKA Ivy) captured him and got tied up at the end.
At the end, Ivy and Gray just having some chit-chat about an event. (I don't know about this one no more X'D)
