That's a really good question, best answered by a grower of giant pumpkins. They have a taste more like a Big Max pumpkin with a constancy like cantaloupe. They are not the same as a traditional Jack-o-lantern style pumpkin if that makes sense.
Broken english hard to understand. This sized pumpkin produces roughly the same amount of seeds a smaller one does except they are bigger. You need a special giant pumpkin seed to grow a giant. If you are inclined to explore giant pumpkin carving, you can find a host of great information online.

Good question! Probably about the same amount of seeds you would find in a regular sized pumpkin but bigger, like on steroids with "giant punkiness"!
so like does produce lot seeds? do have let grow for so long to get seed or pick to soon give seedless watermelon effect. end up with punkin no seeds.
