The dead give away that it’s, while not the original, is inspired by the exact transcript perfectly- but from going through the docket (because I’m a crazy person lol) the timeline for this accident specifically is truly measured in 1/10 seconds because even the NTSB sequence timeline doubles up when retold throughout the docket. The FDR and CVR ceased recording about a second apart. I think the FDR stopped while the aircraft was still over Jamaica bay, during the appearance of the white hydraulic streak. The CVR stopped when the plane stops producing the streak. Both recorders would have stopped around the time when the nacelles were buckling as the engines power the recorders typically.
Theres 5 plane crashes that were caused by wake vortexes/turbulences including AA587. The rest were: Aeroflot U-505 (Banked to the right sharply killing 9, YAK 40.) The aircraft that created the wake turbulence, CCCP-76482 (Ilyushin IL-76) 13th April 1987 Aerolineas Argentinas flight 670 (Dived into the ground uncontrollably, DC-4) Cause: Pilot's decision for going into a storm recklessly, causing the back of the plane to slowly break apart with also parts from the left wing. As for AA587, you can watch it on ACI since im kinda tired typing it. Same for USAIR 427 (that one 737 rudder hardover) and 2008 mexico city learjet crash.
AA587 isn't exactly caused by turbulence.
