yup in a muslim majority country it's difficult to be religious if i started praying 5 times a day publicly theyy would've started calling me a "molvi" which is basically regarded as an insult if i follow the real sunnah and the sahih ahadeeth they would be "oh nooo! why we've got a sahaba here why exactly here why was he born here" but don't worry sister _Woe to every scorner, slanderer_ (surah al-humazah ayah 1) you know the fear is until you do it once you start practicing there is no fear but of ALLAH the prophet was ordered to first tell of Islam to the powerful chieftains (after his close family members) not to the ordinary people of makkah once you've faced the big persons there fears will be over and you'll be more free

Apostasy has penalty only if that person causes/commits Hirabah after he abandons Islam. Hirabah means he/she declares warfare against Islam and do harm to Muslims. Thus, what you know is wrong.
By the way, my wife and I are muslims. You would be amazed if you knew how powerful she is under Islam's protection and thanks to her rights given by Islam. Don't be ignorant of the truth. Observe in detail, make friends with some muslim couples and you will see for yourself.

In Pakistan, there are Muslims who are not practicing and there is no compulsion on them. What are your sources for your claims? What you do is very typical of those who do not understand Islam. Picking some verses carefully in a way to show that Qur'an commands hypocrites/apostates must be killed and hence Islam is violent and compulsive. Their biggest "proof" is 4:89.
I ask you to please read on with a clear heart.
So as to understand the deep meaning of the word murtad (i.e. apostate), you'd better understand that Islam is not a "personal" deen. It sets the order of peaceful and righteous living in this life (I truly invite you to listen to this Siyar and understand how the most precious Muslim, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), lived his life: www.lastprophet.info/life-of-muhammad-audio-book) and it serves/works for the best of the people. Hence, apostasy should not be taken as a singular, one-person action. It should be regarded (understood) as something that has a strong social impact.
I will not write that long of an answer to you because the answer is indeed simple:
Which crime does threaten the safety of a state (and hence its people)? Which crime is punished in the strongest manner in a country/state? High treason.
Why? Think of this criminal disloyalty please - from a social impact and safety perspective. And I hope then you understand 4:89. (Allah knows best.)

1) FGM (for females) is not obligatory and not Quranic. Male circumcision has many benefits. Non-Muslim males in Western world also get circumsized. Why do you think they do that?
2) My wife married me of her own free will. There is no other way in Islam although in practice there are many varieties. This is not specific to Islam.
3) The limit is 90km from home and if you knew the hiqma behind this, you would not object to this. What if your wife travels away from home without you and God forbid, some bad thing happens and she cannot defend herself. Would you be sorry?
4) Being beaten is not hitting in the face or kicking that can damage her. What you know is wrong. It is poking, not beating in the way you describe.
5) Not anytime of the day or night and whenever a husband asks for it. A wife must not be sick, feeling sick, or in her period. Other than that it is for protecting the man from adultry. Because men are sexually more active and their libido is high. A wife must abstain his man from adultry and adultry is not always in the form of physical sexual intercourse. Allah (cc) knows best and know his creation. What do you think of the unbelievably high rate of adultry in non-Muslim countries? I live in one of them. Swinger clubs, etc. Everywhere, even kids see their ads on the street. What is your take on this?
6) This is also related to #5. Muslim men are allowed to do this, but not recommended at all. At all. And there are strict prerequisites to do so. Most important one is to treat each wife equally - which is practically very very very difficult.

@Pk Amponn Well, If you take count of the whole Quran, and not just one verse out of a surah, Allah clearly states that there is no God besides him. As for the verse in itself, Tafsirs of multiply scholars of the 900th century have different interpretation of that verse. There are 3 hour lectures on youtube regrading this topic if youre willing to learn.
As for the what you claim to be 'Taslim' thats not Taslim, Taslim is done at the very end of the prayer.
in tashahhud, we do say 'peace be upon you O prophet' as that was taught by the prophet (saw) when he was alive. Islamic scholars and companions debated whether or not it should be changed after the death of the prophet (saw) but with no hadith proving that the prophet (saw) ever commanding it to be changed, Scholars decided to go against innovation. To say that muslims 'talk' to the prophet (saw) in prayer because of this is a weak argument to make.
If you are genuinely want to learn more about Islam. There is a lot to learn and its a wonderful experience, I pray that Allah guides you and me both, and forgives us of our sins.

honestly, if im speaking from the bottom of my heart, i wish that i was born non muslim, _studied and _*_fell in love with_*_ islam_ , and then reverted with a whole heart. im just being frank, coz i feel like i could have been a much better muslim that way.
Being born muslim is the biggest blessing - you could have been even further away from Islam you never know.
