these are the only sounds that will get me to sleep without triggering my ptsd i love it! (white noise is bad for ptsd and most music and other asmr makes me relaxed but not to sleep)

2 years later and i still come back to this gem constantly. vibration sounds are so underrated. this is one of my favorite asmr videos ever!
