As someone who also suffers from thin hair, I feel the bangs/no bangs struggle😅 Also, your hairdresser's hair is so cool! And also, I relate to the 'leavers' guilt so much. Not only seeing siblings grow up, but also seeing your parents age every time you come back is so heartbreaking.

I'm the youngest sibling living abroad and while I don't have that guilt of not watching siblings growing up I still have a lot of guilt. I love that I was able to move away and experience another country but man I feel like I'm missing out and having a whole lot of guilt around it anyways. You're not alone! Soon it’s gonna be 10 years since I first started living abroad and I love it, it brought me so much but sometimes it can also feel a bit draining to not be able to see all the changes in your family as if you were present and seeing it with your own eyes. But at least we are doing what we are enjoying, so in a sense it is still worth it. We are lucky to live in a day and age where it became so much easier to keep touch with people from far away.

My hair is doing better now and has a bit more wave and volume. I can’t do bangs either. They are just to thin and look bad. I hope your vacation back home is awesome.
It's interesting the many things Korea has even in their salons the many different treatments they have for their clients. Are scalp treatments expensive or is it based on what salon you go to?
