Great design. You don’t see that very much here in the states.
I've really been considering living in a class B RV. Only thing I MUST have is AC while I sleep. How long will the AC run on the generator? How often would I have to fill the generator up with gas?
TGN Property Management AC will run as long as the generator has gas.
The Generator runs off the Van Fuel tank but will stop at 1/4 tank to prevent its Generator
From running the van tank empty. A 2800 onan will run about 12 hours on 4 gallons of fuel.
Spare tire Jack and lug wrench? Diesel option?4x4 available? Ladder to the roof for maintenance?

Does a class B campervan require a class B driver's license? Wondering why they classify these campervans as class B since they are under 26,000 lbs?
No, no special driver's license is required to drive this unit. It is referring to RV class, not necessarily class of license needed.
whats the smallest reasonable camper you could go with if youre planning to ship it maybe to australia or new zealand?

No, it is still a Class B. A B+ is even larger past the driver's area. This is just well-designed for a camper van.
