I made the puffed sesame tofu stir fry and WOW. It was like having Chinese BBQ. I loved the flavors, texture and everything! *chef’s kiss* 👌🏼
I'm not vegan but my girlfriend is. Just made the creamy broccoli pasta. I was ready to troll. I also used pistachio as a topping instead of pine nuts. I'm now subbing to you.
Are you in my head? I made a similar pasta recently but with cauliflower instead of Broccoli. I do the mushroom just in toast for breakfast weekly and I was just formulating how I could do a crispy, sticky tofu with my home made blood orange marmalade and soy sauce and now you've shown me how! Also my fave color is green! This old lady is feeling pretty hip and cool today. Lol! Thanks Gaz and crew for the great content always!

Just finished eating a large bowl of that creamy broccoli pasta and I'm absolutely surprised at how tasty it was! I usually avoid broccoli as a base for anything because it's flavor is subtly overwhelming, but the pasta turned out DELICIOUS. Make sure to blend the sauce until it's smooth -- I didn't and ended up with a slightly textured sauce; it doesn't affect the taste but does take away from the creaminess. Overall, delicious!

omg the start jumping transition was magical
I literally just finished making the sticky tofu. It’s DELICIOUS! I only had seitan on hand so I used that in place of the tofu, regular white onions, red chili oil instead of chopped chili, and omitted the tahini and sesame seeds (preference)… I also had a bit more oil than needed at the end so I used it to help cook my rice. Delicious! This dish is truly “sticky” in the best way possible. And incredibly easy!

Did the pasta with a few switches (no spinach, no pepper flakes because I didn't have any and just topped with walnuts) and it was delicious 10/10!! Lemon, basil and parsley was such a great combo that I had never tried before. I'm saving the recipe to do it some other time and could add some protein like chickpeas or something of the sort, thanks a lot!!!! 💚🌿

I came here for the green pasta 😍 I knew it had some healthy vegetables in it, which I desire to eat more of. Such a clever way to add spinach ! I would also add avocado and use cream instead of milk and thicken it with with corn starch a bit and probably chop in a few tomatoes🥰😍 thank you for inspiring me! God bless you. Great channel too🙌🏾🔥
