Nice video! Thank you! The Crown Lounge in Schiphol is terrible, in my opinion one of the worst big lounges in der world: always completly croweded, bad food option, terrible seats and mostly occupied and at least ABSOLUTLY NO view out of window! I really admire that that you still say to everyone "Hello" and "How are you", wether at the bording gate or in entering the plane, because you never get a proper answer! Thats the new KLM style! I stopped saying "Hello" because they are not interested in smalltalk or friendly words. They are only interested in themselves!
But again, thanks for that interesting video! 😊
