I explain in detail the leveling, differences and more of every international plant in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. Hope you learned something new! I'm not done with the "Other Plants", I'm just doing this because MANY of you requested it!

I forgot to mention that Winter Melon is slightly nerfed in this game. His recharge is 10 seconds instead of 5.

Just to clarify..... Squash Plant Food Doesn't Target Random Zombies.....
It actually targets the Zombie With the Highest HP on the lawn and that also includes the armor but if there's multiple copies of a zombie in the lawn THEN THERE it will be Random

Pea Pods having the ability to grow new heads is actually a really cool idea. One of the rare times an upgrade has an ounce of creativity. I’m not sure if it’s that good of one, but the concept is there.

out of all the PvZ1 plants in PvZ2C, Winter Melon seems SO good. Threepeater doesn’t seem bad either, ignoring the bad pea synergy

They should've made it so that Chili Bean LOSES health with each level. That way, it would be easier for zombies to eat him and guarantee the effect.
Or better not change his health value ata all, hell Hypno stays at 50 health regardless of levelling
Idk being able to use it as a stalling plant with increased health is useful then again his stun should be longer and his health unchanged if so
Even more baffling is that the split pea's two-hat costume has the colors mismatched compared to the heads. the blue hat is on the forward-facing fire pea-shooting head, and the red hat is on the backward-facing snow repeater head.

I was genuinely expecting Winter Melon's costumed plant food to fire a barrage of flaming, icy melons... neutralizing both effects.
Just shooting out regular Melon-Pult melons.
I noitced a trend with leveling in pvz2c
Level 1 is basic plant
Level 2 is some sort of bonus ability
Level 3 makes that bonus ability better
Level 4 has a chance of plant food upon being planted
And level 5 os somesort of a upgrade to random element of a plant
Level 3 could also be another added ability or boon for the plant like jalapeno & split pea.
@@Nitosalevel 2 might be a new ability. ( regarding Aloe) Level three can make the plant one of the best in the game! In the case of monkey fruit or monkiwi. And Aloe
I kinda like how imitater works like how he did in pvz1 because it makes placing him more strategic, especially if you're placing a wall
International Version: Lets make peashooting plants that shoots normal pea, ice pea and fire pea to have their own families.
Chinese Version: Lets make a peashooting plant that can shoots any kind of peas, ignoring the effectiveness.

They should just create a new pea projectile that acts like a fire pea AND an ice pea.
It has the blue slowness but also deals the fire damage and the slowness doesn't cancel out from heat.

The hats on the costume for Split Pea are weirdly flipped from what side you think they would be on too, the head with the cyan hat is the one that fires fire peas and the one with the orange hat is the one that fires ice peas.

oh, yes, the slice of a watermelon it's obviously stronger then the entire melon itself
The reason why Jalapeno, Imitater, and Squash are part of Wild West is because in the old old version of PvZ2 International, these are premium plants that were part of Wild West. Idk about Threepeater though since that's a Pirate Seas plant but hey Lightning Reed and Tall-nut are a part of Pirate Seas even though they are a Wild West plant.

It’s so funny to think that peashooter still has the best level 5 among those pea plants so far
I think the reason ponchos with grates can survive squash and chili bean is because the one with the grate might be seen as two zombies, such as whenever it has the poncho, it's a zombie that if you kill, it spawns another zombie (the one without the poncho and has a grate). I dunno if this is true though
Edit: i think this is also what's happening with sarcophagus and shell
The split pea back head shoot a ạ big snow bullet at the end with it costume kind of like snow pea new costume that you shown us since is also continue going if the zombie die

I remember when i was young i saw split pea costumes effect i liked even it makes bit weird i like your suggestion on his plant food change the front gets ice and back gets fire i think it's weird that blue&orange top hat do reserve front with blut shot fire while the back shot ice.
Not sure how i feel about winter melon costume effect maybe if it was electric like cabbge pult it could made more sense?

And its also weird that Poncho cant be killed by Chili Bean even though thats Chili Bean's purpose
I know you mentioned it but the split peas having their pea effects flipped just feels right and it is actually upsetting it doesn’t work like that.
Whoever was coding the peas must have either confused themselves on which side would have the effect or was playing the cruelest joke imaginable upon anyone who knows the purpose of the plant.
The split pea could have been PERFECT.
