I have this lock and there’s one thing I don’t understand. I am able to click the button and change the combination while the zippers are locked in. So how does that prevent anyone else from doing the same and just bypassing the lock?
@@scratchgolf okay, so sorry. Turns out I’m just an idiot who pulls out his phone and looks for answers online before looking clearly at what’s in-front of him. I forgot to mix up the numbers after locking the bag 🤦🏽♂️ I was pressing the button while the combination was still put in . Sorry about that 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Man its a long story but I bought it off Amazon ok instead of buying it new I thought mabye I'll save a couple dollars there cheap anyways and I chose a damaged box but gurrenteed not damaged goods, upon receiving the luggage had scuffs and scratches and wheels had obviously been used. Ok fine you can't beat me im not new to this, I call tell them I want a full refund n explain the story, during the phone call a little goo gone and some elbow grease brought it back 98% I'll take it for free. Back to the lock with no instructions I watched the video. I tried pushing the black button in and it got stuck with out heading a click. Long story short it was screwed I cut open inside carefully to extract the lock put tried taking it apart n just couldn't repair it so I put it back n now it buckles locks but I have to pry the lock to open, owell if someone wants in there getting in so the lock is pointless. I'm thinking bought drilling a hole in the case and running a actually small I pad lock through the zippers . Or I'm just gonna say hey it s just a suit case lol
@@scratchgolf read below . At the end I meant just a free suitcase. I mean honestly locked or not that lock can be popped I half a second. What's the point.

I tried pressing the reset button when the numbers are all at 000 but it won't click down in order for me too reset my code.
they dont have to be at any number. Are you sure you are pressing the right button?

awful suitcase. sending it back. this does not work. who ever heard of a suitcase that cannot be opened?
