- This video is about unboxing an abandoned storage unit where the owner was obviously active duty in the Army. This unit was a small unit located in Norman, Oklahoma. We found some pretty cool stuff in this storage locker! I paid $50 for this unit. Plenty of money to be made!

This unit belonged to an Army Soldier. Most of your intriguing items that you didn’t know much about are military issue items. If you run across units like this in the future I would find a military surplus that could point you in the right direction to get reusable military items back into the hands of either military personnel or someone who knows their uses.
Kenna Kamfonik Since those issued items must be turned in before you are discharged, I’d assume he bought these items. But soldiers do buy these items when they see them for sale.

I've found piggy banks stuffed with cash at thrift stores. People always shake them...bills don't rattle.
Suggestion...you should have a garbage can handy for trash and also a box to hold the personal items so you're not double handling things. It will save you time.

I liked the knife and hatchet. If I was yall and don't want kids touching stuff I would wait till after bed time to do the unboxing or do it in a shed or garage. I also like the BDUs but the wrong size for me.

If I were you I would do unboxing in your garage. Stay more sanitary. ..never know where things come from. Always wear gloves too..also I watch a guy and his wife called, what the Hale's. ...he teaches also on what to look for, very informative. ..He's a bit nutty...lol...but you will like him...very good hearted guy...also if you can, would you film a little of your drive as you go from storage unit to storage unit? I lived in okc 30 years 20 years ago and would love to see the streets you take...good job, love your vids...
Agree on doing it outside, or in the garage. One time, we had a mouse jump out of a bag in a haul...pets went nuts chasing it in the garage. Glad we didn't do it in the house, or the cats would have crashed much of our various glass items around the house.

Oscar Mcmurria you are correct it’s meant to be worn on deployment but digital camo did not present until after Desert Storm. Both my ex husband and step fathers were in the army.

Those kinds of critters don't live off the host for more than a few hours. But, there is other stuff that does. Bacteria and other ugly stuff. Some of that stuff was really dirty. I wear latex gloves to clean my own house!
Gloves gloves gloves. As someone that had to handle returned cellphones you quickly learn no one cleans them after using in the bathroom and 9 times out of 10 if it landed in water it was a toilet/urinal.
Tests have shown cell phones and tablets etc. are the worst germ carriers. Worse than bathrooms, dog mouths and kitchens (which are really dirty even clean).You can clean yours regularly but you don't know where other persons have been. So gloves, cleaning type inside heavy keep you from cutting and poking yourself. Nothing in a storage unit should go in your home, cockroaches and cardboard have a long history, bed bugs of course and some spiders you wouldn't like too. Keep spray can of bug spray or canned air to freeze insects with near by. I use spray water to stop them and then the canned air and make sure it is frosty when I spray the bugs to kill them.

you need to look under the small jewelry boxes as wl as the creases of the big one between the foam rolls sorta like you are trying to swipe them out .also look at all cards and pockets between all books and paper

I totally understand this. Once I get a gopro I'll be able to film at the locker. The spy glasses wouldnt do it justice. Until then, I'll be filming up close shots at the table. Itll be much more controlled than this.
