Thanks. The video needs to show that the screen set up must proceed first so that the cartridge receptacle under power moves by itself into an accessible position. Another step that needs to be shown is simply opening the top cannot occur if the paper feed lid is up.

Hi! I have bought this machine 2 years ago and connected it to wifi. It does print and copy very well but unfortunately I can't scan a document to my email. Every time I try to scan, the error message shows as network connection.
Can you please suggest, what kind of network connection is required to get the scanning feature workable. I will appreciate your assistance in this regard. Thanks a lot.

Hello you recommend this printer has a long time of use.
It’s a very good printer but it’s super expensive to use - had to replace inks several times (didn’t even print that much) within a few months and inks were not cheap. That’s why I switched to HP and I love it! Way cheaper and still very good quality like Epsom :) I made a review on that HP printer - please check it out :)
after a long period of inactivity the ink is easily dried or continues to work properly?
How long are you thinking? I didn't use color inks for at least few months and they are still usable :)
What kind of ink should I replace? Is it the epson 702?
Vincent Chacon genuine inks, might be slightly more expensive but the result will always be top notch.

You don't have to flip it, it scans both sides automatically :)

Yes, it uses a lot of ink. I decided to get an HP printer because it doesn’t run out of ink so quickly like the Epson one - I also made a separate review and comparison video on my channel. I had it for over a year and I still love it! Such a great investment :)

Yes, the printer comes with inks. I didn't notice any problems with the jammed paper. Make sure not to put too much paper and it should be fine :)

@@JuliaCaban yes, but not much information in it. Refers you to their website. Same as what's in manual. I called them today and they said they would get back to me in 5 minutes. Haha. That was 7 hours ago.

I've been using this model for about a year and overall it is fine.
HOWEVER I would NOT recommend it to anyone who needs to regularly print envelopes.
Is has two feeder trays, so you can load one with paper and the other with envelopes. What you will soon discover is that it is a right royal pain in the neck when it comes to printing envelopes. If you completely fill the tray with envelopes, it will fail to print envelopes at all, and claim the tray is empty. With experience you learn that it will usually print envelopes ok if the tray is between 1/4 and 2/3 full. Which is all very well, except once it gets to the 1/4 full stage, it then will drag the whole lot of remaining envelopes through in a lump, and promptly jam itself with them, and you have to go through the tiresome process of removing the jam, and restarting the printer. Once aware of these quirks, you try to keep part of your mind alert to the supply level in the envelope tray, but inevitably you forget to check and and it jams itself.
Making printers is their goddamn job, not being able to produce a reliable paper / envelope feed is a major FAIL.
I gotta FEVER and the PRESCRIPTION is more REVERB!!
This printer is horrible. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!! For absolutely NO reason it disconnects from my pc on windows 10 pro. It just stops working and no matter what I do I can't fix it. I have tried uninstalling the drivers over and over and it simply won't print. I check the wifi connection and it's very strong and is connected. Trust me and save your money.
Sorry to hear that :( I never had that problem with this printer. I would contact Epson to get this fixed. It's definitely not normal.
I hate this printer. I recently got one, and I have numerous problems with printing. Just I I was printing papers out for work (my first major use of this printer) and it was a horrible experience. One set of papers were ten pages long, so I tried to double side print to save paper, but couldn’t comprehend how to do that for so many pages, so I ended up having to print single sided. But it wouldn’t print all ten pages at once. I had to select page one to print and print page one, then select page two to print and print it, all the way for all ten pages. But throughout the process it would pull out blank paper either before printing the page that I need or it will send out a blank page right after. So I have to keep putting those blank pages back in the loading tray, if they weren’t ruined through the process. Also, for me to print double sided I have to take out all the papers from the loading tray and put in a single page at a time. When I have all the paper in at one trying to print double sided it will print the first page just fine, but when it pulls the paper back to flip it over to print on the other side, it ends up pulling another paper out of the loading tray with it and ends up printing on two pages instead of one single paper double sided. These are just two problems I encounter which there’s several other printing problems that I have with it as well.
@@tannerhughes6274 I understand what you mean...comparing to my old Brother printer, this Epson model is really not a user friendly at all. I bought it from Media World and I spent 3-4hours just to set things up everything.
However, if you follow the software download guide on the screen you will never get connected!!.....So what I do was very manually....After you got the a great wifi signal shown on the printer screen. You just need to write the Ip adress of your printer into your PC for seaching!! Otherwise tgey will not find each other
This has to be the worst printer I have ever owned. It literally eats the ink! On my first day of using it i only printed up very basic word documents with no pictures of graphics . The ink was gone within a day. I replaced the black ink cartridge today and printed up a couple word documents and a quarter of the ink was gone! Avoid at all costs and stick with HP!
HP do the same thing, get an epson ecotank. They're much better
