MAKING WAIST BEADS | For Beginners | Tracking Non Scale Victories

Hi guys.
I hope you all are staying safe. If you were looking for a way to track your waist without the measuring tape, here is a great way to do it!!! Sometimes the scales does not move but our body does. Or sometimes we gain muscle which weighs more than fat and the scales just says that we gained weight. Lol. So these waist beads are perfect for seeing the gradual changes in your body no mater what that scales says.

When I make bracelets with elastic cord, I put a dot of crazy glue or a dot of clear polish on the knot. Great work Sis.

I haven't tried to do that yet. I believe so though. I say this because waist beads can be worn in the shower and while sleeping, I think it depends on the construction of them. I used the elastic string material to make mine. I wouldn't wear that under my waist trainer but I would wear the waist beads with cloth material under it.

I was thinking about that but I just didn't because I don't foresee myself using it often. I actually like beading by hand. ☺️☺️
