1 tbsp. soju (or mirin, sake, Shaoxing wine), optional
1 tbsp. chili oil (or cooking oil)
200 grams ground pork
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp. ginger, grated
spring onions, choppe (white part for sautéing, green part for garnish)
2 pack (100g each) instant noodles
bok choy
wood ear mushrooms, sliced (rehydrated) - optional
soft-boiled eggs, halved
sesame seeds, toasted
Soup Seasoning Paste
2 tbsps. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. soju, optional
Broth
500 ml water
500 ml soy milk, unsweetened
2 packets seasoning powder (from instant noodles)
