Thank you, I'm glad it was helpful!! There is a "knock off" brand called Mockingbird that is very similar just made of cheaper material. I have friends that have it and it's still very nice. But if we didn't get this one we would have purchased the Baby Jogger City Select! It was our second choice.

As a first time mom (eventually hoping to grow), what do you recommend as far as which components going where? For example, what do you leave in your trunk? I’m tempted to have the stroller and the bassinet in there and then leave the car seat in the car so I can for the first few months, thereafter the rumble in the trunk…but not sure. What have you found to be most efficient and helpful?
I'm so glad this was a helpful video for you! Honestly we have all the attachments mounted on the wall in our garage (bassinet, rumble seat, toddler seat) and the stroller base is always in the trunk so whatever I'm using that day I just grab all the attachments and throw them in the car. I'm constantly using the bassinet for my baby currently. If I know we will be going somewhere for a LONG time with the stroller, she sleeps so much better in the bassinet. Short trips I don't bother with the bassinet. (Definitely not when we are running errands and getting in and out of the car all day) I would say definitely have the stroller and car seat in the car 24/7 and then have the bassinet somewhere handy to throw in the car for those trips where you will be out for a long time at one place. Hope this helps!!
Do you have to buy the car seat adapters in order to use the Mesa car seat on the stroller? I saw two clips in your video, one with the adapters and the other without. Thanks!
If you want the Mesa Car seat on the top without anything on the bottom then no. But if you're using it as a double then yes you will need an adapter to make it taller to add a child in the bottom. I hope that made sense. Thanks for watching! ❤️
@@madalinechapman5598 I use it without the adapters and it's fastened in well, even though it may be a bit wobbly if you tilt it. Car seat can be faced forward or towards you.
Did u find it difficult to check on the newborn in the bassinet since it has to go on the bottom? That’s the only thing I’m ify about. My oldest will likely be too big for the rumble seat so in any scenario the newborn will have to be on the bottom in the bassinet or the car seat.
Nope not at all it's easier than you think. When I was on a walk/or out and about, I could just lean a little to the side and directly see his/her face with both my babies 👌🏼

@@MeridethBrown the toddler seats work great though (They have a 5-point harness too) and I like that you can lay them back🙌🏼 I hope you like your new stroller!
I just got mine and the only thing I wish is that I got silver bc my black one was set up inside, babys not even here yet & the black has scuff/scratches just from putting together .. thinking about exchanging for the silver frame but I don’t feel like dealing with buybuy baby
Dang it that's a bummer! I had a friend who got the black one and that's the only reason I didn't get that one. She warned me beforehand. I know the return is kind of a hassle but it might be worth it 🤷🏼♀️
@@blessedtobestressed I did keep the Stella. I haven’t tried to wash anything cause it’s just the tops of the stroller and the inside of the bassinet. I love the inside of the bassinet. It is a different fabric but it seems to be fine. 🤷🏼♀️ it just feels thicker like wool. I wasn’t expecting that
@@paigehines9422 Yes me neither! Did it get dirty yet at all? We just got ours and I am very worried about easy staining. I got info from a few other moms who said its fine and even machine washable. I guess we'll see :) Thank you for the response!
From what I understand if you don't get the FULL bundle you will need to buy adapters if you want to ever put the car seat on the bottom. Hope this helps!
The Mesa seat fits directly onto the Vista V2 stroller without any adaptors. Remember that your baby shouldn't stay in the car seat for more than 2 hours at a time.

You forgot to mention that the rumble seat can only go on the bottom when the main seat is on. That's a huge deal breaker.
