These three guys did a short film for Bette Midler's HBO show, "Mondo Beyondo". The guy in the middle is Bill Irwin. The guy with the pony tail is Mr. Wiggles. Not sure who the black guy is.

Bill Irwin did great in this skit, and he does great as Mr. Noodle. Plus, he did great in the skits where he was named "Professor Television."
