  • This digital thermostat has 5-2 day programming so you can vary the settings for weekdays and weekends depending on your schedule. Honeywell also offers a 5-year warranty on this highly-recommended unit.
After powering up the thermostat, the first step is setting the clock.
Press the up or down buttons to navigate to the desired time. You can also press and hold the arrow buttons to cycle through the numbers faster. Press Set when you have the desired time.
You will then need to set the Day. Press the up or down buttons to navigate to the desired day, then press Set.
If you would like to change the time or day on the thermostat, from the home screen press the Set button. Adjust the time or day as desired.
The System switch can be set to control your heating or cooling system, depending on the season. Set the System switch to the desired system control.
When setting the program schedule, you can program four time periods each day, with different settings for weekdays and weekends.
Wake refers to the time that you wake up. Leave refers to the time you expect to leave your house. Return refers to the time that you expect to return home. Sleep refers to the time that you go to bed.
To edit the program schedule, press the up or down buttons to select the desired time, then press SET. Press the up or down buttons to select the desired temperature, then press SET. Follow these steps to set each program schedule. When you set the final schedule temperature, END will appear on the screen.
If you would like to change the program schedule, from the home screen press the Set button 3 times. Adjust the program schedule as desired.
You can override your programmed schedule at anytime. To override your program schedule temporarily, press the up or down buttons to adjust the temperature. Press the Hold button to change the temperature permanently. This will override the temperature settings for all time periods. Whatever temperature you set will be maintained 24 hours a day, until you manually change it. To reactivate your program schedule, press Run.
The fan switch is set to Auto by default, and only runs when the heating or cooling system is on. If the fan is set to ON, the fan will run continuously.

Pull the faceplate out gently but firmly holding the sides. The faceplate separates from the back. You’ll need to do this to replace batteries or reset.
