While you’re in nepal, why don’t you go for Nepali food rather than the ones you’re familiar with. You can eat your comfy foods but if you want to experience real Nepal then u gotta try the local cuisines and newari foods im sure its cheap and affordable.

I remember when we were in Bhutan, the taxi driver who was taking us around told us that only they get real Bhutanese food while tourists got normal Indian food, so at the next food stop we sat with him and had Bhutanese food - extremely hot, with lots of red chillies!
