My Natasha Denona and Pat McGrath collections are my prized in my collection 😁 My 12 yr old daughter even knows better than to touch
My 30 year old daughter knows not to even ask. I gave her some ND blushes to make her a little happier.
😂 I have a 12 year old daughter too & she knows not to mess with certain palettes I keep together. There are all my absolute favorite high end palettes including ND, PM, & various others. I’ll let my daughter use them if we are sitting together at my vanity, or if she wants me to do her hair & makeup that day. 💕💗

I selected all my favorite colors from my 20+ ND palettes, and combined them into 5 palettes and decluttered the rest. It feels so good😂

I should do that with the ND palettes I don’t love. I would keep the Glam midi palette as it is, and the Minis, but my other Midis I would happily deconstruct 😂
@@ALT-vz3jn I kept the prettier cases like Triochrome, Circo Loco, Retro, Retro Glam and Pastel, and only selected shades I would use. Never need to feel guilty again when I looked at the 20+ palettes that did not get the attention they deserve lol

Lmao I could never declutter my Viseart palettes, even the boring ones 😂 I love their formula more than ND! 🥰 although ND’s Glam Midi palette is impossible to beat.
I wish Natasha Denona would make empty magnetic 5 pan palettes that can hold shadows from their midi palette. Would be helpful/less waste to be able to pop out 5 shadows from their bigger palettes to travel with

I stick with the larger pans and love to make five pan palettes, so I am sure if she sold the same format in midi size people would go nuts. She could even sell them for subscription boxes as she did with jubilee or ayana
Many influencers do not care about the Retro Glam palette, but I love it. I watched so many reviews, negative, but I still bought it and am happy that I did. It works well with my skin. I travel with it and am extremely happy with the looks I get. With that being said, we all like different things and that is good. Thanks for the video.

The My Dream palette is honestly the best! A great combination of cool, warm, pop or color, triochrome! I feel like I don’t need any other Natasha palette. Maybe I’d wanna get the gold palette or metropolis but not drawn to anything else after having this!

I did declutter my Natasha Denona Biba palette and 3 Pat McGrath large palettes. I just gave them to my niece, I’m loving haven’t a smaller makeup collection.
I have some Natasha Denona sitting in my cart for the Sephora Spring sale so this came at the perfect time! Especially since I have the Glam and Retro palettes waiting in my cart. Definitely know I can trust you not to lead me wrong
I love this series and I understand the pain of hypothetically getting rid of your babies is still a tough decision. You should probably do Viseart next bc they have so many classic palettes and new ones and the quality is so amazing that I’d be interested to see which ones you’d keep and let go
Viseart is my most favorite eyeshadow formula, it’s way more consistent than ND!! They’re so underrated, I was heartbroken when Sephora no longer carried them. But you’re right that many of their palettes look similar. I think they’ve been trying to break away from that in the past couple of years with the newer 4-pan palettes. I would love if they did a pastel palette.
The Biba palette is my lil eyeshadow palette baby…I protect and treasure it lol
It’s cool to see everyone’s tastes in color… like for me the retro glam 😘 I use it almost every day I even try not to! I love every look I’ve come up with.

I love ND ! I keep collecting and will keep them forever. I like the fact that you can take any shade from any palette and add to the one you’re currently using. It’s awesome ! And this video made me want to get the pastel palette only for the shimmers in it 🥰 x

I'm starting a ND collection 😁 I started off with My Dream Palette as my first ever midi palette last year and it was released during my birthday and had to grab it! And I don't regret it! I can't wait to try more palettes by her. 💚
I’m kind of looking forward to the Midi Xenon palette! I can imagine lots of neutral & colorful grungy cool tones.
The my dream, Glam and Glam face light are my three faves from ND. I love her palettes the best, so glad you did one for ND as well, as I really enjoyed your Pat one. Would love to see other brands like maybe ABH or Viseart etc
I have Natasha Denona palettes, the Gold, Retro, Sunrise, and My Dream palettes and I could not get rid of any of them. She truly has one of the best formulas out there, and her color stories are beautiful. I knew you were going to do this fake declutter next and I literally used my Dream palette today lol.

Mini Zendo is my favorite. Brings out blue eyes. The brown shimmer is my favorite dark brown in my collection. Hit pan on that.

You should absolutely keep those big ones. This is my favorite too.
I just took advantage of Sephoras HALF off N/D's palettes. 2 minis and 3 palettes for $180CAN, a score if I do say so myself. I am a Natasha Virgin; only sampled in store, ha ha. I did purchase the Retro palette. I love how opaque and "there "the shadows are; especially the lighter shades.
The Retro palette is one of the best in my opinion!

I'm thinking to just buy one matte palette and that's it so I'm a bit confused between the quality of natasha denona and viseart. Or do u recommend an all mattes neutral palette from another brand?

Clearly just me, but I have about 5 ND palettes and because of the hype for so many years, I think I tried to convince myself I love them and they’re worth the money. Finally realized I’d rather pay more for the right Dior, Tom Ford or Chanel quad (right being the operative word as they’re not all created equally) and get less because ultimately, that’s what I’m actually reaching for far more often.
Sephora Canada has pulled ND off the shelves and most of her palettes are 50% off online, so I think they’re being dropped (at least here.)

I keep the ND minis for travel (and the fact that I’m living in my RV while we build our house so space is limited) and still have the midi palettes but they are stored right now. I miss my babies though! Same with the Pat McGrath motherships. I keep my quads and quints w/me but miss the full sized ones while they are stored. Soon! I’ll have them back out soon I hope! 😁😊
Yes same I travel with my ND mini palettes. It makes it so much easier I put them in my carry on. There's no way I'm getting rid of any of them.

The only ND palettes I have are the Gold, Bronze, and three minis, Gold, Love, and Nude. I enjoy them all, I have my eye on My Dream palette. It reminds me of a deeper version of ABH Modern Renaissance which I gave to my sister.
I was sad you ‘would’ declutter Bronze and Dream😢, but glad you would keep Gold.

For the minis my faves are the mini love and the mini Biba.
For the midi my faves are the My dream and the bronze palette.
For the big palettes my faves are the safari and the Lila palettes.

Very nice hypothetical declutter. I’m not surprised you decluttered more than you kept. Some of NDs classic palettes are old now and kind of samey same.
So many are half off in sephora Canada right now!! I was too late when the Biba went on sale a while back, I really hope it will come back in stock! I got my first 5 pan in my boxy, now that was true love! With such little experience and finesse, she makes me feel like a makeup artist! Then I remember that it isn't true when I try another brand :-D LOVE HER SH!T!! Truly hopes she comes back with better grungy colours like the gold palette

Mini xenon is honestly the perfect companion palette if you need to deepen a look or to make a shadow more cool toned by blending it with the grey colors. the main reason I bought it tho was bc I needed a pure silver color and the one in that palette is so gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend that one ☝️ 😅
I agree! It’s not really a stand alone palette for me unless I’m doing a deep grey-tone smoky eye, but it’s great to use with other palettes since the range is so nice.
I also died a little inside when she chose Lila to declutter-I guess it’s not that popular for whatever reason, but it’s my #1 with the glam palette in close 2nd and mini star in 3rd.
@@lavieenlavandeThe Mini Lila is still one of my favorite ND palettes. The shadows in mine aren’t ‘old’ they’re still beautiful and pigmented. They blend just fine, I really don’t get why ppl had a hard time with it. It’s such a gorgeous color story.

the big bronze palette has two superstars, imo - rhodium and deep dive, two of the best ND shades EVER!!!!

I think I'd declutter my love palette. I love some of it but I tried doing a vday look twice and it wouldn't work. The red and dark purple don't build or layer well at all.
I didn't like the quality on the Lila or Mini Lila palettes. Lila is long gone, but I kept the mini... too obsessed. I literally have every mini and you could not get me to toss them. Or my bigger palletes, I have all of them except Biba (I broke the mirror and haven't repurchased) or the Lila. Natasha is my favorite over Pat!

I actually did declutter all my ND pallets! Every time I used them, my lids and eyes would be so itchy. Even my face with the face pallets. I made multiple tests with other brands and with all the ND, and they are just not for me.
I wish the my dream palette had a light matte for blending.
Same with the metropolis palette.
