I’m a registered nurse. Please be careful with your water intake. If you drink too much water you can flush important minerals out of your body like potassium and sodium. It’s called water intoxication. It’s not like alcohol intoxication at all. But you will feel terrible if you have had too much water. Try watery fruits like watermelon or honeydew to make up part of your fluid intake especially in summer. Keep up with your good nutrition and your excellent channel! ❤️
How much water is too much? I struggle with drinking enough water but on days when I really try to drink lots of water I feel I might be drinking too much, I can't find the balance.

@@apimpnamedslickback4911 Hi and thanks for your response! I think most of her issue is with the dry mouth that comes from Accutane. But she is now using liquid IV as a water supplement, so the danger is less. But you are correct; I should email her.

I lost my dad almost 8 years ago due to suicide and let me tell you, that was and still is one of the hardest battles that I have had to deal with and I’m only 23 years old. It gets easier over time, but just continue to pray and turning to god for reassurance on the situation. He has all of the answers and Jesus has all of the glory, stay well sister ♥️
Wow we the same age and I have gone through so much with my dad as well sometimes I feel to old to be affected as I’m not a little girl anymore but you reminded me that we are still human with emotions no matter the age and parents should really consider what they do as to not affect their family.

My son just started accutane, it’s been 30 days and the progress is already amazing! Also I drink a lot of water and my pet peeve about it is how many times I have to run to the restroom especially at work! Great job you look amazing ❤

Please be carefuly when promoting things like IV multiplier powders. That can be extremely hard on the kidneys and cause a lot of issues if overdone. You could try eating more fruits, leafy vegetables, and soup or broth based meals for natural hydration. The fast food, high sugar drinks, and processed foods, while okay in moderation should not be a daily thing as that is countereffective to hydration and overall nutrition.

I just said the same thing, unless you are sick and severely dehydrated, water is in most cases sufficient enough. Just being helpful with information given out.

Just minutes before, the devil was throwing thoughts into my head and saying things like “God is never giving you his promises so whats the point in living?” I always try to ignore these thoughts because I know damn well they’re not from God. God is telling me to keep having faith in him and thats what keeps me going everyday. People have issues. All those side effects for some acne ?? Nah not at all
I was on Accutane in 2019. My main issue was the severe dehydration but I didn't experience body aches/soreness. It's not fun at all but it's worth it in the end. Made my face look and feel A LOT better. I'm happy Chloé is almost finished with it ❤️
