I am fine with the picks so long that my club only had one All Star selection, thus the less likelyhood of an injury. Personally, the All-Star game is a waste, but it is a money maker for the league so take it for what it is worth.

That's a tough question to answer, I'd go with the team that your favorite players in the league plays for probably
