A few things:
It really ticks me off when people assume that rappers can't sing and aren't real musicians. Wrek's vocals were transcendent as they always are, and Mayday produces some of the best tracks I've ever hear on a regular basis.
Strange Music is doing so much to maintain the integrity of the music industry, and hip hop in particular. While I have no hate toward pop and mainstream artists, I do worry that radio's refusal to promote other talented people will stunt the growth of music, leaving no way for new and evolving talent to show itself. Strange Music is making sure that happens with every new artist, collaboration, track, etc. and I appreciate it.
I love this song. I love this video. I hate how broke Strange is making me.

Strange doesn't spend good money on promotion unless your tech n9ne. they will spend 600,000+ on tech and spend like 10,000 or so on other artists... not hating at all just sayin. maybe i'm wrong NOW but this has been said by strange music artists in the past
they need to follow the route macklemore engaged in..pay a sector of Warner Bros to handle the airplay distrubution amongst media outlets..

more people know Tech N9ne than they know any other artist on the label right now. this is evident in the sheer number of LIKEs that each artist has on their respective pages. Are you really going to spend big bucks promoting an artist that's just coming up and has a relatively shorter backlog of music? Hell no. You're going to spend the big bucks promoting what brings the bucks IN. The other artists are on the come-up right now and believe me they're coming up... they really don't need Strange Music's help. Just being signed to the label is enough to open so many opportunities for an artist.
The great thing about MAYDAY is that that sort of shit does not concern them.
