I see this particular INTP has gone through the character arc where they have stopped using their analytic powers to extract themselves from awkward social interactions, and have begun using them to make the social interactions more awkward for other people.
ahh, illuminating, thanks
LOL! We do like to call out other people's BS.
The next level up would have been for her to accept the offer of the grapes while still offering her observations as to their likely true origins.
Obvious lies deserve destruction by reason. Period.
Kind of the way an ENTP would typically do.
INTJ advice:
"Avoid them"
"Oh, avoid that person too"
"Don't forget to avoid this person as well"
"Might as well just make it easy and avoid all people"
I appreciated that the INTJ was at the event, and not just avoiding, but had a strategy do deal with various social interactions. That could be played up more even
@@sausie007 Goes to event to enjoy wine research as a little R&R, and then susses out who's safe to (barely) converse with.
INTP revealing their summoning powers only to mess around with the ESTP? Excellent move.đđ

An ENFP looking at a watch that isnât there and then ignoring prior plans completely to enjoy a social setting is the most real thing ever. đ
"Oh it's okay I was just externally processing. You might as well have been a tree." Okay, fellow ENTPs, I have been saying this for a while now.. Kristin knows way too much about the way we function. We gotta watch out!đ
She has one for a brother. That probably helps.
As an ENFP, I say the same thing đ Kristin knows too muchhhh hahaha
Agreed lol
Iâm an ENFP but what I did find incredibly relatable is the ENTP saying âoh I was just externally processing you might as well have been a treeâ is so true, because as long as Ne does that we just want to get it out and explore it, sure if someone explores with us itâs more fun but I find myself frequently talking to inanimate objects and myself.
Also love the addition of Jenna is great to see you together- and I know she is an ENFP so it was cool to see her act one (why do I imagine that the ENFP was completely based off real life experience đ)
Hahaha absolutely. Talking to inanimate objects is huge Ne energy!
I remember getting distracted at school back then, cause the letters in the bored where like people as well as numbers sitting around each other gave them weird interactions
The curse of being an ENTP tho, while it is true that is how Ne opperates.... Fe wants to really connect with the person, so even tho we might lie and say we don't care that they didn't listen, we do care. Not because we want to sound inteligent(like some people mistake) but because we want someone that appreciates us. Fi users will just be themselves and if they are appreciated for who they are cool, but if they are not they just move on. Fe is more a curse that we do want to be appreciated, by almost everyone. But Ne makes it difficult, because rarely do people do really appreciate that.
Of course, like the ENTP in the video, we would rarely show it and pretend everything is cool.
@@farrex0 well with Fi users have Te, so they may feel exactly the way you feel but the Te version. Where they want to be validated for the work theyâve done and such
Ti high up has a very âI donât care what you think of me or the situation, my logical way fits me so Iâm following itâ but still has a âmy repressed emotions, I want to ignore them but somehow I want validation from the people I know but they go against my principles so I pretend to not care even if I doâ
While Fi users have a âthese are my values and my convictions, Iâm following it and staying authenticâ but on the other side has a âI want to be validated for the abilities I can give for the group, what is the right decision for everyone is something I think about but my Fi convicts me to ignore that sometimes and no one can understandâ
@@J11_boohoo Oh that does sound accurate. Funny how functions can be so different yet similar from a certain point of view.
I have observed how Ti and Fi, can be quite similar, just like Te and Fe. For example, just like Fi feels horrible for changing who they are and or ignoring their values. For Ti, I feel horrible for ignoring logical consistency.
For example, I tried to be a Christian because I found that Fe connection I wanted, while I could discuss abstract things, such as faith, philosophy and the bible. But nothing made sense at all, I spent years thinking about it, researching, reading the bible, talking to other people about the faith but the more I thought about it the more I couldn't make sense of it. But I was happy and loved the people I was with, but cognitive dissonance was eating me from the inside out. I agreed with almost all values, I was extremely happy with the people I was with, yet if I can't make sense of where I am or what I am doing, everything else is irrelevant.
I broke my entire social circle, left what made me happy just because I couldn't make sense of it. Yet I am happier, even tho i have nothing of the sort, just because I can make sense of my life now.
The second she said âsocietyâs obsession with selfâ I bursted out laughing in ENTP đ€Ł
âYou might as well have been a treeâ I AM DECEASED THIS IS TOO RELATABLE LOL
Sorry to hear about your passing.
I really liked the brief interlude with the ISTP staring in perplexity like a cornered captive: "Uh, red."
It does make me wonder though what her friends might have told her in order to induce her to come along with them.
I enjoyed this a lot. Laughed aloud with the enfj-infp skit.
Yes! So did I đ
yes please come to us in parties they're boring without talk hahahhaa
@@jadeyu7197 well most probably you wonât find us (INFPs) at parties đ
The INFJ and ENTJ was colossally accurate, "isn't it"?
Um? Y-yeah
Hopefully not, but then I might not recognize.
(ENTJ having INFJ wife :DD )
@@usiruf Haha. I am an INFJ. I hate to admit but i do tend to do that a lot. Jumping from persona to a persona just comes too easily and naturally. Sometimes i silently watch myself doing all these things that others don't seem to notice and i cringe inside, because it does feel like i play all those roles when not being true to myself most of the time. I wonder if most INFJs feel this way too.
@@nataliyap.7341 other INFJs definitely feel that way too. itâs become my thing now switching personas based on the situation and the person, iâm starting to forget who i really am whenever iâm with people, but itâs all good once iâm alone since thatâs the real me.

"Look cute!" Flips hair.. then stares directly at them. đ€š. Nailed it.
Jenna was committed, she even changed her hair color! Loved this!
LOL that I didn't notice this once while I was editing.
2:37 love the INTJ outfit!
2:54 that quick cut to the INFP crying killed me.
0:14 I feel like Joey or Chandler said this before but can't quite place it!
Hahaha yes! Was hoping someone would get it. Monica says it when she's no longer the hostess.
Ross says, "somebody's missing being the hostess"
and Monica replies, "oh please. It's a relief is what it is, is what it is."
@@dearkristin hahah that's what it was. way to pay an homage to Friends
Oh.... I love the outfit toođ.
But it also could be a reference to the spaghetti on the floor
I've long suspected that in conversations with my ENTP friend I could be replaced by a cardboard cutout. Good to have that confirmed!
Wait. Is that even legal Kristin!?!? - an offended INFJ who's perfectly relatable to your awesome masterpiece đđ€Ł
Kristin showed us that drunk ENTPs sound like Jordan Peterson rambling.
Side note: yea as an INTJ I tend to form dossiers for people in my head so that way I can keep track of who is interesting/safe to interact with in social settings. And it usually presents just like that, so spot on.
You know you're just an ENTP's shadow right?
@@iris6068 What do you mean?
@@13Rats I think they're referring to shadow types. The bottom four functions that are the top four of another type aka inverse functions. Ni Te Fi Se shadow would be Ne Ti Fe Si and visa versa. However, I have no idea why they felt compelled to state it like that.
@@iris6068 You could just as easily tell an ENTP they're just an INTJ's shadow. Seems a strange thing to say randomly, but ok.
Heck, standing in an ENTP's shadow isn't so bad... in the summer, when they're physically taller. It's actually quite nice. đ
@@LooneyTiksCrap Ah, that makes more sense
INFJs Inner voice! So accurate, it makes me cringe a little! đ
You guys are hilarious together. Your sister knows how all the characters think. Like the agendas and goals itâs good.
Edit: the INTP hands. This was such a subtle thing Jenna did I donât know if it was intentional. INTPs do these gestures that are so disconnected from reality sometimes.
I concur. You two should continue to collaborate on videos.
They are hilarious together, but you don't think that maybe Jenna *knows how the characters think* and *knows what the agendas are* precisely because she's grown up alongside Kristin...and has therefore seen them all before? Lol :D
The INTP being startled by the ESTP is so me. Things are always startling me when I'm lost in my thoughts.
ISFP- I felt that, âHeyâŠwaitâŠ.come back.ââ I was like that as a teenager and into my early 20s. I had a hard time speaking up to people and then would have that, âoh crap what do I do nowâ moment all the time when I was a waitress. It took me years to grow out of it and learn to speak up for myself and Iâm so glad that Iâm better at it now.
Omg as an ESTJ, i can warrant the representation of my type accurate. And love how your sister does it, just flawless. Do consider including her in the skits more often. Great video! â€ïž
Its rare to see your type in these videos.. Im Big fan, Greetings!
aw come on even us ISTJs know not to waste good things!
edit: I find "problematic pinot" to be quite intriguing
So many laughs! "and the bucket too" đ€Ł Very envious of the blue skies, oh and the wine! Your sister is a natural too, I can see you went easy on her with the ENFP look, still you have to keep the talent happy! đ
She's gr8!
Me: Sees the ESTP wearing a Friends shirt
Also me: Wearing a Friends shirt
This is getting too accurate Kristen ngl
This INFP completely identifies.
Felt more in line with the ENTP than my INTJ representative this time. Possibly because I have given full lectures to my couch.
Hahahaha
I actually mistook the ENTJ for an INTP who has just found someone who they are comfortable enough around to share their inner thoughts and feelings about whatever niche topic they are hyper interested in. However, on a second inspection, I should have known better seeing as how there was casual air to it and not a manic rush of energy bordering on incoherence, or at least, that's how I've gotten the few times that I've found someone willing or forced to listen to me. Kristin, I think I remember you saying you had at least one INTP friend in a previous video. Have you ever been them to open up enough about a topic they were extremely interested in? If yes, how did it go? If no, would you be willing to ask them to do so?
I could tell it was ENTJ because it was partially focused on prestige and status.
Absolutely yes, and I love listening. It is never with cockiness though đ
â@@dearkristin Thanks for answering.
ISFP here piping in just to say that I love getting an INTP to open up about what they are truly interested in!!! Getting people comfortable enough that their face lights up and they begin sharing their passions is truly one of my top goals in any social interaction, and INTPs are particularly fascinating people to listen to. I also find them to be especially receptive to listen to my own topics of interest, and they have such enlightened and well-educated responses to add! I know I'm ISFP instead of ESFP like Kristin, but I hope my input can still help answer your query! Are you INTP yourself?
@@emilys3638 Yes, I am, and thank you for your input. I can tell this is something you're truly passionate about and I'm glad to hear there's someone out there willing to listen to the joyful ramblings of people like me, so thank you times two for that.
ISTP: WINE IS WINE! đ·
Not for me at least. I kinda like all the little details and knowing how it was made and how it translates to the taste. I can definitely get the difference between a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Merlot at least.
same here, we don't care
The dynamic duo teams up once again. You love to see it! đ
I really loved the horror movie vibes from the INTP/ESTP interaction. Could not have done that more perfectly. Haha
(Also, INFJs donât keep peopleâs schedules on a cork-board. đ âŠwe keep them in our minds to avoid incriminating evidence.)
Hahahahaha darnit, how could I forget?
Thank you for letting us know in the captions that your implication that ENFJs take advantage of people was a joke because I got so sad.. you know us well đ tbh personally I relate to ENTP and ENFP here as well because I'll be comfortable enough to share my Ni insights or I'll get really into my Se and just want to go crazy depending on my mood lol
Side note, seeing your sister trying to play an ISTJ was hilarious
My exact thoughts too.
~ENFJ âĄ
Lol, ISTP was brought there under false pretenses! Sometimes it's tough to get all 16 to the setting isn't it! Heck, ESTP is just simply there with no explanation, I mean, I couldn't come up with a reason he's there either... Probably better we don't know -ENTP
ENFJ and INFP: Match made in heaven
someone thatâll listen to me talk for hours on end đ„Čđ„Č what a dreamâŠ
I am so happy for the INFP .. an amazing amount for an imaginary one.
Pretty much that F-N-S-T order they share they connect really well.
Iâm an ENFP with an ENFJ best friend, and I can confirm that the dynamic is lovely đ€©đ NFPs and NFJs vibe really well :))
@@sophiaredwood5825 Absolutely! Iâm an ENFJ and most of my friends are XNFPs, so I completely agree!
Watching you trying not to laugh during the ESTP sketch was PRICELESS. Amazing video as always, Kristin!
0:40 And that's why I'm afraid of tasting wines. I'm afraid of the effects that it could cause in me.
Also, the fact that she's an ENFP and she's playing the role of an ISTJ at the beginning, I think it's just amazing
"Wine not have a taste"? "Problematic Pinot?"? "Chardon-yay?" What is this, typing teas?
I guess that's kristin's way of saying "after typing teas, welcome to typing wines!"
@@WolfoxBR can't wait. While we wait, what's your favourite wine?
@@francescopremsolidoro3858 None, actually. I don't drink alcohol at all. I like sweetened grape juice, though. ;)
@@WolfoxBR fair enough. I've kinda taken a break myself. I'm italian tho so it's part of culinary culture here :D. Embarassingly I kinda love Porto, which is Portuguese, lol. Big fan of Traminer, Donnafugata and Prosecco tho. To be fair each has their own character, so it's hard to pick favourites
I usually do connect with the INFJ but in this skit I totally related to the ENTP because I love discussing psychological implications on society... also, not sure why we were given an insincere stalker vibe in this one lol I get that Brad may be hot, but I mean, to completely blow off your friend thinking about a guy, idk just not my thing. Still lots of fun, as usual, though!
Hahaha thanks - I just love to exaggerate đ
@jessica That's our Fe-Ti axis! :) (The ENTPs also have it but reversed) I also have to externally process, but unfortunately I haven't been able to for the past half year, save me. ;__;
Jenna, and the best subtitles so far?!
You're a crime!
INFJ was too true, I don't know how you get these so accurate!! đ
"It's not so much that I like to listen. It's more that I like to *really understand* what another human being is going through."
Am I the only ENFP who finds the ENFJ so relatable (here, in this video, and in many other ones)?
I also deeply felt this đ. But at the same time the ENFP was very me
I relate to a lot of ENFP skits too as an ENFJ !
High five me, NOW! đ
@@jueedhar5449 legit same! That ENFJ type of wanting to have conversations where people open up đ I do that all the time
I'm an ENFJ who sometimes relates to the ENFP sketches, so I get it. I related to the ENFJ sketch so much though đ
Lol how do you get the INTJ part so accurate all the time
I wonder if being an ESFP helps. Sometimes it's easier to understand the exact opposite of something than it is to understand something that's only half-different. ...Or maybe we INTJs are just prone to easily caricatured behaviors. :p
Portraying your opposite type: What would I never say or do?

I genuinely didn't know Australia could be so green! It looks lovely there.
They're enjoying summer right now, being that they are in the southern hemisphere! Isn't it gorgeous? I honestly feel that their summer sunlight is even more intensely golden than ours, at least from my viewpoint in Minnesota, USA.
It's a big country, some of it is green year round, much of it is red year round and other parts oscillate between green and brown.
@@emilys3638 it's golden in the arvos, but generally during a summer's day our sunlight is like a laser, you can literally feel it burning through you. Ozone hole sun hits different
So fascinating to know! Thank you for the replies!! And yes of course, it's still spring! Haha oops! I guess we're technically still in autumn here, not winter yet, but it's really starting to feel wintery this week, and we just had a light snow today...

You're getting better and better at acting like these types, Kristen, they're really accurate and entertaining and still the best MBTI videos to watch đ€Łđ TYSM for always making my day with them

An INTP video with actual unawkward external speech. Love the Ti magically making the grapes appear in the ESTP's hand.
I know Ti can be scary for people. But never thought of it as magic XD.
INFJ here. If I was trapped at a wine tasting (and why would I go there willingly?) I would probably be pretending to listen to music on my phone while actually only wearing quiet headphones and listening to the INFP and ENFJ talking. No need to engage unless they catch me. đ As a bonus, I can watch people in the reflections on the cups or my phone screen or a window. Don't make eye contact or they might approach me. đ

As an isfp I literally had the same idea before you acted it out in the skit. It's genius honestly. đ
Nice work with the INTJ. People make way more sense to me as systematic archetypes and categories and behavioral trends than they do as individuals who have their own personal motivations and feelings.
As an INTJ, although Iâm not sure if it has anything to do with my type, a winery would be one of the last places I would ever find myself. However, if I did find myself at a winery, I would likely stand back and observe, likely getting lost in thought, or reading a book I brought. I hardly ever drink, and I do not at all like wine either, so the circumstances necessary to bring me to such a place would have to be quite something.
The portrayal by your sister was bang on though. Good on her.
Don't drunk much either, but wineries are great for the fresh air and ambience.
@@migsmethinks5801 they are also a great place to try new wines without wasting a whole bottle in hopes of finding a new favorite. I don't drink often but I like to know what to order when I do.

THE FAKE LAUGH đđ
There are two kinds of INTP at a winery:
Type #1: (internal monologue) I don't understand why people love wine so much. It's just intoxicating grape juice, isn't it? Why do people obsess over it and pay so much money for what is really just fancy fruit juice? Is there some factor I'm missing? Something I'm overlooking? I can't tell what it is and it's making me mad as hell right now! Is it the social aspect of wine fans coming together to enjoy a drink? Well why not just drink anything? Why does it have to be wine? I don't understand, and I hate things that I don't understand! It makes no sense? Why can't people see that this is plain dumb? Am I the crazy one? Is there something wrong with me? That's it; I'm never leaving my house again. It always upsets and confuses me. I hate everyone and their nonsensical rubbish. I'm going home and I might go into withdrawal for a month or so, just to get over this.
Type #2: Are you kidding me? This is not a 99 vintage. Smell it, just smell it. 99s don't smell like that. You know why? Because there was an inordinate amount of rain in this region during the summer of 99. What kind of game are you playing here? You might be able to fool most people, but not me. *takes sip* It's got too much body for a 99; this is clearly an 04 vintage. How did you even get this job, or are you deliberately trying to mislead the public? I can't stand any more of this. I'm going home, and don't expect me to order any more cases from this vineyard again!
INTP: They either know everything about a subject or nothing about a subject; but either way, they'll end up getting annoyed and decide to go home.
Hahaha great comment
I can totally see myself with the âI donât get it â thought process minus the negativity in #1 ~ istp
Welp, you just described the first 25 years of my social frustrations...
I wish the intp type 1 would say this out loud. I might look confused but secretly it would make my day. Bonus points if you make me laugh. - an infj

I didnt get it.. Would any one explain :)
@@dalalabdelbar5631 Rosé is a sort of wine with light pink color.
The lady that came to the ISFP pissed her off by asking for wine she didn't have and not staying to hear an answer. ISFPs with fourth Te hate those people who assume everything will work out the way they want with no regard to reality and other people (stereotypical ETJ, I guess.) So... the ISFP "fixed" reality for her by just mixing red and white wines - a proud act of "you deserve nothing better"

That ISTP bit was too accurate, I was staring at a fancy restaurant menu for ten minutes before the waiter came back to ask what we wanted and I had to ask her to translate. It took me even longer to comprehend that we had to order several dishes instead of just a single meal.
Return of the sister! I'm so excited!!
Seems like Jenna shares your chameleon-like gift for adapting to the different personalities.
Great video, the ending was hilarious especially!
Jenna's back - yay! :)
Man the SECOND she spun around I spotted my INFP. I like how she was concerned for her friend with the panic eyes but not quite concerned enough to go intervene if it wasnât that serious lol. I have been there đ€Ł
Sidebar: nice having your sister join haha. Tell her she did awesome!
Whenever someone new comes into a skit I try to guess their type. Except multiple times in your videos when INTJ comes on the screen, I get distracted from the goal of guessing and think âyou know, they make a good pointâ
As a fellow intj, distracting me from a made up goal by engaging me with intj talk (always making a point lol) means you have intj spot on đ
Also the monotone đđ
I love your descriptions of infp and enfjs relationship
OMG... The moment I saw the ISFJ I just knew it was me. Being uncomfortable with certain topics but not knowing how to stop the person. Thanks Kristin, your work is amazing!!
Completely relate to this, understand and agree! *Is an ISFJ*
