Imagine building your traps for preventing robbers and intruders only to ended up getting sued by one of the robbers due to how effective they are at maiming them
This is nothing compared to; when your mother calls you in sweet voice and when you enter the room you see her having your school report card and her voice and face changes
Worth noting is that the second of the Collyer brothers starved to death near the one that died in the tunnel (and whose body was discovered much later). He was blind and frail to the point of being home-bound, and for years he survived only thanks to the other brother (who at some point started giving him mostly oranges to eat, which didn't exactly help with all the health issues). You could make a whole video about those brothers.
The bunker does not have a fake vent. It is a real vent, the same could be the case for chimneys. But it has a bottom opening so that grenades dropped in the pipe will roll out leaving the bunker crew unharmed. It was a general design on German bunkers. I guess you could tie a string to the grenade, but then you would need to now exactly how long it had to be.
How did the guy around the 1:54 mark sue and win, when he went into someone else's house? Even though it was abandoned, it was still NOT his! Sounds like nowadays if someone robs you and you defend yourself, you'll get in trouble. I guess it makes sense.
When I was in college my nerdy roommate and I got into a practical joke war with each other. One morning I got up early and carefully placed all my D&D polyhedron dice in the carpet right outside his bedroom door. Boy did he howl! The 4 siders were brutal, but 8 and 6 siders carefully placed in the shaggy carpet were also vicious.
Whilst all of these are arguably clever in their own way, the simple means and undeniable efficiency of the Viet Cong’s traps are absolutely brilliant. Truly shows how using guerrilla tactics in a well known environment such as Vietnam’s vast and dense wilderness is insanely effective.
I think there was a 911 episode (could've been a different series, I don't remember) similar to the 1st story- one of the brothers was blind & never left their hoarder "bunker" maze & like an avalanche of the junk buried his brother in the maze so one of the main characters had to go in & disable the traps so they could rescue him
MR SLAV! MR SLAV! MR SLAV! MR SLAV! No for real. your content is the best. I can't wait for more, i even became a member. I love your accent and your research. Can't wait for more.
The more you learn about the Vietnam War.. It seems like one of the worst wars in modern times. It must have been hell on earth for all parties. I wish no one had to endure that type of hellish warfare.
Mama made good macaroni box (I don't know how to call it in english / makaronilaatikko) and a new Mr slav episode, this is epic 😃 flushing them down with a pepsi
Is it just me, or does Mr. Slav sounds exactly like the guy from CrazyRussianHacker shannel. And there are other things like how he speaks and acts, and other stuff that makes me suspicious that this is true 😂
Yeah, if that building burned down, there's no way anyone had a blueprint like that Reminds me of "bin Laden's secret fortress" that was never found. So elaborately drawn out, though. H. H. Holmes having a building specifically meant for his murdering sounds more captivating and disturbing, maybe that's why people think about it I think there was only one person who escaped it? So they might have known about some of it, but not all of it
OMG i played game where there was H.H holmes its game devil inside man that game was TOP TIER for me and my friend we enjoyed it i plan on buying it i finished it cracked il buy it to support devs.
A legend says that romans (yes...them again but it's logic because they dominated europe during nearly 1000 years) lost a war because of a toxic variety of laurel. By confusing this variety with a common variety used in cuisine they.... died (it was an accident but in France it's a famous myth)
Imagine some random soldier chilling in heaven, then seeing “+1 assist” because they’re 2000 year old trap killed someone 💀
😂
And then they go to hell

Agreed.
A 4 by piece is simply much more deadlier than the rest of the lego pieces
Dude, that trap within a trap the Germans pulled was some straight up Road Runner vs. Wiley Coyote shit.
Absolutely!
The fake bunker ventilation for the grenades was genius and cartoonish
I wonder how many people fell for fake vents
Like that one Tom & Jerry bit where the shotgun goes through the hole and back out through the wall.
14:11 What really seals the seriousness and gruesomeness topic of the video is the dancing rat next to the giant cheese.
I love dancing rats.

The German trench trap is a stroke of pure genius!
The fake vent trap is some Tom & Jerry type stuff.

Cheese has to be the international unit of measure for traps. No doubt.
Was it an imperial system?

setting traps is illegal for multiple reasons. One of which is emergency services.Imagine a firefighter enter a burning booby trapped house
Booby traps, no matter the reason are illegal, and defending your home is only legal to an extent(until the threat is neutralized)
Its an old case
