In this, and basically ALL these games you need to sacrifice 6 of the rats, or goats, or spider eggs etc, but then you NEED to do last 4 all together, basically gotta make sure you have last 4 fuses, and last 4 rats all gathered up in that basement where you sacrifice them ready to go, because if try to do last 4 one at a time she's way too fast, angry, and aggressive to be able to pull it off that way
Especially on harder/hardest difficulty

Almost like a Siren, the Deer Woman, aka Deer Lady, aka Issi, from Native American Folklore and Mythology uses both her Attractive Humanoid Body and Enchanting Voice to Lure in her Victims. Some of these Folklore Stories regards the Deer Lady as a Vengeful Spirit of any Woman who was Raped and/or just Flat out Murdered, Some Stories Regales her as a Nature Spirit who Judges a Person based on how they Treated Women and Children, a Protector of Women and Children of Sorts. Those who Mistreated Women and Children would encounter the Deer Lady, aka Issi, in the Shadows of the Forest, even during the Day, and when they get Close to her, it's already too late as her Siren like Charms had done their Part in Luring in the Person and she Violently Tramples on her Victim with her Deer like Legs and Hooves. For those who have Treated Women and Children Fairly shall Recieve Issi's Blessing or a Night of Passion with her.

You were about to win but you didnt prioritize mission objectives for what to do if one person goes down , like for example , if ever one goes down , anyone should abandon what they are currently doing and get a medkit and go get anyone who went down , you did good on UV flash teamwork , but medkit teamwork , not so much.
