how to end suffering:
1. Sense of Lack or Wanting? - this causes emotions/waves in the calm ocean of the Self (let it go)
2. Holistic Releasing - alternate between the opposites (feeling of wanting/feeling of having)
3. Dive In - at the core of all emotions, underneath it all, is peace
4. Welcoming - drop resistance to emotions, allow it all, and it will all either dissolve or disintegrate

It still amazes me how certain individuals in our society believe that everything is science fiction simply because they've been taught this mode of thinking. The irony is that when they watch a science fiction movie or see something that in their minds is relatively impossible at this point in time, they are actually looking at what is not only possible but potentially already in existence. But again, they've been taught to think science fiction is different from reality and the truth is more akin to reality encompassing what they think is science fiction.. This is the exact subtle ignorance that has blanketed our society most certainly the youth for far too long. People don't think through their lives in detail because they're too busy being distracted by nonsense.. They're even quicker to dismiss something as conspiracy theory, science fiction as mentioned before, or wishful thinking. And the irony is they are the ones keeping themselves in the dark because they have no idea of the level of technology that is not only in our world but outside of it.. Here's a woman having a conversation with a man who is channeling an extraterrestrial from elsewhere and yet her brain is still so incapcilated with psychological hypocrisy that she's asking questions about clothing. She completely missed the nano technology part as if these things haven't been discussed and exist currently or being worked on. This level of reverse thinking needs to stop, like yesterday!

@smrk2452 What you're wearing is a choice. You choose to put specific items on your body. These items you chose are a reflection of your inner self, and it's how you will be perceived.
What is perceived? Sensing the energy of somebody. So if you choose to wear something of formal attire, you will be giving off a certain energy to the people around you.
The fashion industry isn’t gonna like that
