Actually, last April 7, there has been changes announced by Immigration New Zealand, medyo naghigpit sila. I am finishing my vlog on this topic. Hello richardboniface! Only your employer can tell if you are qualified as this would depend on what they are looking for in an applicant. Having years of experience would be beneficial though and you really don’t need to be a nurse to get this job.

The requirements are mainly listed by the employer but based on experience po, my employer who hired me from Pinas years ago looked for those who have at least a year experience and are qualified to do the job, ibig sabihin po may either certificate po kayo or diploma. Marami pong mga nurses sa atin na caregiver here.

Hello there! As far as I know, there is no such thing such a NZ Caregiver exam and the number of experience would depend on the requirement of the employer though in my case and with those I know, they are looking at about a year of exeperience at least.

Regarding your question, MY PERSONAL OPINION is as long as you do have the experience and minimum qualification/s required by an employer and if ma-meemeet mo rin ang requirements ng Immigration New Zealand para sa visa na gusto mo applyan, hindi impossible na makapag apply ka sa NZ. Walang masama na sumubok mag apply apply. Libre naman mag apply. :)

Hi Nory! The process during my time is different na sa process ngayon. If in case you found an employer that would offer you AEWV, hindi naman po required ang IELTS but as an applicant and with NZ being an English speaking country, it would be beneficial if marunong po mag English kasi part po ng trabaho makipagusap, magsulat ng notes, etc. Straightforward din ang information sa INZ’s website about requirements po ng AEWV. Pwede nio po i-Google. 😊

Hi Nicky! I understand your frustration. Some may not be successful through these sites but some are. Parang kanya kanyang kwento talaga. Someone messaged me not long ago about her daughter being here on a tourist visa and 3 months na siyang andito pero wala parin siyang mahanap na employer that would give her a job offer pero meron naman iba na nakahanap ng work habang naka tourist. Tyaga lang talaga at sikap. Pwede ka rin magtravel muna kung may means para makita mo kung gusto mo ba sa NZ. Good luck! 😊

Hi Yeshuaben. Never heard ko yan and there is a process to go through if mag a-apply po kayo ng visa (kahit ano pang visa type yan). Nasa INZ website po yung process and hindi po malaking factor ang show money pag mag a-apply ng work visa based on my personal experience.

Hi Miznah! Depende kasi sa requirement ng employer mo. Yun dapat mo mameet. Sila magsasabi kung anong education attainment ang required nila sa applicant. Hope this helps. 😊

Hi Gerlie! I don’t know any agency and kapag po sinabi na “direct hire”, employer lang po ang involve, wala pong agency. If gusto niyo po madirect hire, hanap po kayo ng employer and not an agency po. Good luck! ❤️

Thank you for subscribing and to answer your question po, it depends on the employer on what their requirements are when hiring pero based on experience and what I have seen so far, usually they hire carers with experience. At least a year or yung mga registered nurses with experience din. The good thing about your situation is may other option ka (partnership visa). All the best to you! ❤️
