thank you for reminding us of this glorious art form. I recollect seeing performances in the 80's. Its unique capacity to perpetuate to life of the 'actors' beyond the passing of their creators will hopefully preserve it for future generations and media alike. Once again ..Superb 👺

Yakshagaana is the folk art of coastal karnataka rather than North kerala. Even today it is a flourishing in coastal karnataka and not in kerala.
