These women of God are just so down to earth. I appreciate the realness about them. You can tell that they know the God that they sing about. Such humility too.
I was raised in Prattville Alabama which is about 45 minutes away from Selma Alabama where Dr.Mattie Moss Clark roots are rooted so I definitely picked up on the accent as well because Dr Mattie speaking voice sounded like my Grandma back home. Southern Cadence, grit, tone, and a no nosense rasp to it.
I'm Baffled how Denice is not mentioned. And CeCe Winans shaded Denice son on her show. I remember and it was SO SHADY. THE CLARKE SISTERS SHOULDVE ADDRESSED THAT.
But "ALL OF THEM" are NOT there. Denise IS a Clark Sister. First daughter of Elbert that Elbert and Mattie Moss Clark. It hurts how they don't even count her AS a sister. I want them to reconcile and heal what keeps them apart, and come together as a family while all 5 of them are still in the land of the living.
They do speak about her and fellowship with her but she doesn't want anything to do with their singing ministry. They have requested her participation for years and her response is the same... no thanks. I think its important to remember we don't know whats going on with them but they all speak well of her and she and her children are all over their Instagrams.
