- I’ve been wanting to make this animatic for a while but kinda put it off to the side cause I was lowkey scared I wouldn’t be able to encapsulate the living hell that is dealing with gender dysphoria properly, but I tried my best and I hope I did alright with this one. Side note--Don’t bind with bandages, duct tape, or anything like that please--use a binder and take breaks from it, I don’t want anyone getting hurt by overusing a binder. Drink water and take care of yourself ^^ Also if I see a single transphobic comment I’m gonna block you uwu We respect trans people in this household darnit

I know it must be scary, and don't come out till you're ready, but maybe if they won't agree its better if they *do* split. You're amazing the way you are (not counting the stuff you need to work on, like flaws and stuff- but IK you can change those if you work on them, and if you do it will make you all the more amazing), and if your dad doesn't accept you well... Though I haven't dealt with gender dysphoria as much as other people, I know how hard it is to deal with, because my girlfriend dealt with and still deals with it all the time. Seeing her go through an episode was heart breaking for me and I can only imagine how much pain she was in before she began her transition. I wish the world were more accepting of people like her. No matter who we love or what gender we identify as, we're all still human and we all bleed red.

I think you portrayed the hell of it all perfectly. I myself don’t have to deal with it but I know people who do. And you used the covers perfectly.
As a person who’s thought of trans multiple times how do I change my voice to sound like the opposite gender
The way I do it is that you push your voice to the back of your throat and just start practicing going into lower tones once your back there. Theres a lot of videos on it on yt too~ (this is for masculine tones not feminine for feminine the voice placement is different)
There are a lot of foods and drinks that will eventually give you a more feminine or masculine voice. If you want to sound feminine I would look up foods that make your voice higher, if it’s the opposite I would look up what foods make your voice deeper. I’m pretty sure cheese makes your voice deeper bc I have a pretty deep voice for a girl lol 😂
P.S. don’t do the voice pushing thing bc it will strain your voice and it will hurt.

I've watched this so many times now because you've got us starved for art, but I love how slowly through the animatic, his hair slowly falls out of the beenie, hinting at his long hair as well as showing that he can't 'truly' be male, as everything reminds him that he's female presenting, as a trans guy, the amount of pain I felt during the animatic is real, as well that the fact that a lot of trans people never truly feel like they're themselves even after they transition, because unfortunately the dysphoria never really leaves
