Hi doc! Your videos are very inspiring! 😊 I have watched all of them. My favorite would have to be the “pre-residency tips”. Everything you tackled there was very realistic and true. Walang sugar coat and hindi pang pageant ang sagot. I know because I have witnessed those things back when I was still a nurse 🛎 I hope you could also do a vlog about tips to getting accepted into your hospital of choice for post grad internship and/or residency training. What requirements could have a good advantage? Do grades in medical school carry a heavy advantage? Or Letter of recommendations? Or school rank? How well u do at the Interview? Extra-curricular?
I am a medical student right now and just like you, I also want to pursue surgery.
Thank you for the comment and im glad you like my vlogs! Mostly grades, ranking and interview, but partly for med schools, because most of the hospitals that has an affiliated med school would prefer home grown graduates. Then maybe not for extra curricular. Im happy to hear that you prefer surg!😊

Doc may i ask, kasi po while i was doing my research about moonlighting i saw some laws about moonlighting being illegal po sa ibang bansa, so i was wondering po if illegal po ba dito sa Philippines ang moonlighting Doc?

This one is really the pressure in me, I want to help my parents right away but I also want to pursue medicine. Hi Dr. Does your medschool of choice matter? looks like some med schools have really poor performance when it comes to the PLE. Pero sabi nila na nasa studyante pa rin naka depende if papasa sya sa boards or not. Or big factor talaga yung medschool of choice? Any advice? thanks
