- Here's a treat for you all. It's great, fairly steady footage (mixed with nice soundboard audio) of one of the few 2006 North American dates just prior to the release of 'Dreamt for Light Years in the Belly of a Mountain.' It also happened to be Mark's 44th birthday.

Mark and I were born the same year. Elliott Smith was from around that time too as was Daniel Johnston. So many creative, yet self destructive men.
Also a62 baby. Mark was the most talented musician born that year.

poor Mark,so sad,i so miss him and his excellent words and feelings in his songs and its all from the heart...just think hed still be releasing magic albums,if it werent for his demons...am i right in saying that he shot himself ih his heart?,if so ! that says it all,'his heart mustve been to heavy and lonely,,RIP Mark Linkous
