Not sure what mods they used, but I have the Native Camera Tweaks mod from Nexus on PC. Very easy to install and now I have full control of a third-person camera. It makes the game feel more like Dragon Age or any other third-person game.
This game knows how to flaunt its beauty, I'll tell ya that much. Even with a limited camera.
