      Here is her ganache recipe:
      chelsweets.com/chocolate-ganache-drip-recipe/
As for leftover ganache in a bottle, I suggest putting it in the fridge and my guess is it can be used for up to 2 weeks. But then you have to reheat it and I recommended leaving it out to thaw first, then you can transfer it to a glass bowl to microwave or put it in a pot to heat over a stove top. Whichever one is more readily available just keep an eye on it.
If it comes out too chunky from the microwave I suggest warming up some heavy cream and adding that to your chocolate, let it sit then stir.
      I hope this works out!

Is it possible to do this chocolate drip process onto a marshmallow? I'm wanting to make a chocolate drip affect on a marshmallow and use that as my cupcake topper for a candy land theme party. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Does the ganache set or does it stay running once on the cake? I have a cake to do this weekend and I've never worked with ganache. I'm worried about the drips when transporting

It is still slightly soft, they don't fully harden! However, if the cake is chilled, they should stay in place!
