Thank you for being open and honest about the positives and negatives of life. We all have them. Wishing you more creativity and enjoyment in your personal crafting and in your business in 2024.
Two things in your goals really stood out to me. Your decision to perfect what is already on your plate is masterful. Every cook knows that perfecting recipes is quintessential to the final product. And that, is growing. The other is not feeling guilty for your personal creative time. It is a regret for me as a single mom for many years. Even now, it sneaks in. Toss that out with the trash, woman. You are on a roll with 2024, and I look forward to seeing you thrive.

I never guessed so many designs that you had completed for 2023! I thought 25. When you said 44 I do agree that you have reason to be worn out but very pleased with your accomplishments! You are a very busy lady. Please keep up the designing.

Great video - thank you for sharing all the events of the last year - many highs and a few lows. The decision to not teach at retreats was a very difficult one - but a very wise one, given your family concerns. And thank you too for being so open about dealing with anxiety, I hope that you will find the right help.
For a girls trip, why not take Liz to Hobby House Needleworks? The Finger Lakes area has so much to offer - the lakes are wonderful, there are loads of wineries along the lakes and there are great parks - if you don’t want to go to Niagara Falls, Letchworth Park (very near Rochester) has gorgeous waterfalls too.

Hey Liz, I really enjoyed your video. I can't believe you put out 44 designs- that's huge! The main reason I'm commenting is to commend you for addressing your anxiety (and being public with it). I chose to do the same thing a little while ago, and I'm due to have my second session with a Psychologist in two days. I think as women it's so easy to ignore 'being worried', and just carry on. I'm so glad you've chosen to address this, and look after your health in a really significant way. Feel free to drop me a line if you want someone to chat about it with- it's hard work, but really worthwhile. I'm wishing you a 2024 filled with deep good health. xx

So I am terrible at leaving comments. If I am being honest not so great at consistent watching either. Work and life just take over. However I wanted to thank you for sharing. Both the highs and opportunities for improvement, and absolutely commend you for taking time and actions for yourself! Thank you for all you do (I was in the Santa Tree class) but glad you are setting boundaries.

Thank You for Sharing! I'm glad your dad is doing well. I spent the last 6 months battling breast cancer 😢! Cancer is a horrific beast. I too am doing better but it's a long journey. Anyways, now I'm babbling! Enjoy all your stitching and Happy New Year❤

For me 2023 was bad in so many ways I am looking forward to a New Year and a much better out come. We too are buying a new house and moving out of California. It is going to be a relief but also very stressful. Though I am embracing the change. Good Luck and Happy New Year.

I am sorry that the project bags from Amazon weren't to your liking. My order arrived a few days ago, and I have had not problems with the bags. I hope that maybe there is a different brand or price point for better bags. They are cheaper than handmade project bags and much better than Baggies. Baggies have a mind of their own. Love hearing about all the stats, and by the way, "enabling" is the word of the day, month and year. I went down the rabbit hole and found a project, but I'm not sure I will stitch it. If I don't keep it, I'll send it to you and you can keep it or donate it. It's a Luca S pattern. I have RSV right now and not going out anywhere, but hoopefully a couple more weeks will heal my lungs. Take care, love all your patterns.
