The deck is SUPER HIGH. Lower it three inches and I'll get one. I loved my Xootr but did a face plant because of an uneven sidewalk. The top of the deck was just two and a half inches from the ground.
High decks require lots of energy loss from bending the knees so much AND it prevents longer strides to go faster. It doesn't matter if the bottom of the frame scrapes a curb every once in a while. Deck height matters a lot.
