This album has re-kindled my interest in guitar music. It's phenomenally technical, but the music comes first. All the technical stuff just serves music.
Agree 100%, which is why when he goes 10-20 seconds into complete shred it makes it even more impactful. As in it’s so contained.

Love this tune, especially the main melody, those Jason Richardson's style harmonized arpeggios are so beautiful. And the solo is killer too, I like how Kiko has his own way to create tension and note choice in his soloing

The perfect player? Speed, very clean, feeling. Because there are fast guitarists which doesn’t play with feeling, but Kiko does, and cool riffing

the thing is just WOW!!!! 149 beautiful bars! I have it everywhere, on the phone, in the car, on the computer. Yesterday we delivered a cheap Ibanez, it’s a pity that it’s impossible to buy one like Kiko from us now.
