Also next door to Sanrio Gift gate @8:41 is vacant land now there that was a fantastic cake shop called Angelo’s was there for like over 70 years and the original Astroboy creator used to have coffee there!!!! Sad it’s now all gone just a bit of history!!! ✌🏻

Bought a Japanese knife from a store in Kappabashi for my mum and the store help engrave her name on it in Japanese Characters….I regret didn’t get another knife for myself 🫤

hi can i know what is the food stores/stall in nakamise-dori open and closing time? i want to stay near nakamise-dori but im not sure if the food stores open after 8pm 😅
Hi! The shops on Nakamise Street are open from around 10 am to 5 pm, depending on the shop. There is a supermarket called OK nearby, open from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.

What is the best and quickest way to get to Kappabashi Street from Shibuya train station?
You can take the Ginza Line from Shibuya Station to Tawaramachi Station, and then it's about a 10-minute walk from there to Kappabashi Street :)
