For me personally i love the KD14 probably one of the best performing hoop shoes at its time the traction never gave out on me and it’s still good with cleaning occasionally, the shoe feels lightweight to me, and i love the cushioning it’s soft and bouncy. However i feel like the materials could be better because if my foot skunked the shoe so i had to bounce laundry paper so it freshens up. But performance wise i loved this shoe my favorite one
The Curry 8 is nice! Great shoe, but not in comparison to this shoe. This KD14 is GOAT level. The velcro bit Sammy is talking about is truly its only flaw (other than being hideous 🤣) Great performance hoop shoe!

Color way ugly but operationally best shoe ever. The run through smoothness & bounce on take off really come together well. Impact protection 1st rate. Best shoe all time for me. More flexible than LeBron's & not floppy like Jordan 34&35's. Wonder what would happen if they put a zion shoe rigger on it.

I did big time and it's SO obnoxious. I spoke with Nike, they said it was not a commonly reported issue with the KD 14's but Nike considers this a "manufacturing flaw." So I'm returning and getting a second pair, hoping they don't have the same issue because I love the shoe.

I love the 12s they have given me zero issues but unfortunaley dont last forever. how much different is kd 14 to 12 and 13s ankle support. I was just gonna try find a pair of kd13s coz the 14 is so weird looking, but they actually look alright on foot so im reconsidering. Long as ankle support is similar

They need to release a blackout colorway in these quickly. I get the whole Brooklyn art scene vibe with these, but it’s not for everyone.

I think they are better than the GT cut. The GT has all the specs, but it’s not always about that. Sometimes less is more.

It’s better, because the 13 is too caged. The 14 doesn’t feel clunky, but we’ll have to see how they wear in.
