Quick little story and advice for some people. I had 40k saved to my name and was about to finance a trackhawk. It was very hard to hold off as it is my dream car. I talked to some people and invested that 40k into a rental property instead. I secured a property that was $280,000. My mortgage came out to be $1400 and I charged $2300 in rent. I then went back to the dealer a year later and financed a trackhawk and my tenants pay for every penny of it. Remember to make your money work for you!

The trackhawk holds value more than a regular car because I also rent it out on Turo for $900 a day and have gotten countless bookings for weddings, proms, and people wanting to drive it in general. I'm on track to pay off the hawk in 1.5 years. Later down the road I can sell it for 70k+. Many ways to make money.

I do save all the time I also have a 401k some Roth IRA'S and investments so I'm super good there... the money I'm spending is after all bill's are paid and all house note car insurance payments are all paid... Don't try to refinance until intrest rates drop, the FED's just raised them again. I have an 850 credit score and no credit card debt only my mortgage and I payed 1/2 of my TrackHawk when I bought it and financed 45k for 5 years, I got 7.5% intrest rate 3 weeks ago. My payment is $900 and only $575 goes toward principle. I am going to pay $625 extra towards principle a month to try and pay it off in 1/2 the time. If intrest rates drop sooner I will definitely refinance. GREAT video!!!

I made a bad decision last year and bought a 60k brand new truck. I was paying over 1k a month between payment insurance and gas. I actually just sold the truck back to the dealer and luckily lost very little but learnt a big lesson. I hate the stress of all that debt plus knowing if I got sick, my wife or kids got sick, or anything happen because nothing is guaranteed, I wouldn’t loose it all because of my foolish Payments. Since I’ve gotten rid of the truck I now put around 1000 a month in my 401k at work instead. Hopefully long down the road I’ll be thankful I did that and can buy a few vehicles cash.

I bought a condo in Dublin OH (nice upper-mid suburb in Columbus) when I was 28 in '00 for 2 of your car payments and sold it for 350k 12 years later. Live your best life my ,G live it up how you feel, but just some advice. A little here and a little there put in the right place and you can get a solid level up. Talkin real investment (real estate, financial instruments) not no crypto or get rich quick junk. Just gotta get a trustworthy advisor because just one car payment put in the right thing could double in value by the time the payments are done. Now you got probably 1 and half times what you woulda paid out for the car as cash in the bank. Just something to think about in case you ever start a family or change your mindset on the future. I understand why you need to walk your way too and definitely thank you for your service. I’m 25 and I have a 2020 Trackhawk , Retired military as well . I have a 735 credit score and the best rate I could get was a 7.64% over 72 months . I pay $1,688.45 a month but I double the payments . But i guess it even out because during the peak of Covid I purchased a home with a 2.75% interest rate and my mortgage payment is only 1125 😂

First congrats on new purchase I'm a car guy I get it but I would've got a 5.7 put in a 397 stroker and either a hellcat supercharger or twin turbo setup all in our the door 20k So with a 5.7 around 40k and with that set up 20k totalling 60k Will be faster stronger reliable and $40,000 cheaper

I joined the Military August 2009 with bad credit my credit score was prolly in the 400s because of student loans I got out in 2016 once I was out I did a credit repair and also got my all my students loans discharged … my credit score is around 820’s so my secret if you didn’t know I’m not trying to assume but since 2009 I had all my bills on Automatic payments especially it helps because I never had a late payment in 10+ years I get low interest rates on a lot of things I have cars, own homes , but my payment history is flawless never late but ofcourse you need steady income to achieve this but too me it makes a difference when companies look at your credit a good score helps but a outstanding payment history really let the institutions know ok we can trust this guy he’s never late on his bill payments and he has steady income whether it’s a good job/retirement just wanted to share

My SRT cost me close to 5k to register it and get plates!!!
You need to check credit unions and don't do dealer financing. Dealers can add up to 2.5% extra to your interest rate and that goes straight to them as profit, so you're just paying the middle man for no reason.

@@SRTHellhawk too make the story short i was 19 when I bought my first car back in April last last year my credit score was a 739 I got a 2018 Nissan Altima sl for 18k 21 after taxes and my apr is 3.07% fast forward to now I’m pre approved for about 40k and I want to get a scat pack or rt I owe 17 on the car still and there only offering 12 , would it be bad to roll over the rest of the money should I try to pay a couple thousand off then do it what do you think , currently at a 750

I made a mistake trading that in and this is where I am now!! It takes some hard work and dedication but it's very attainable!! I hope you get one!! You'll love it! Yes you can, it all started a little over 5 years ago I bought a 2014 jeep fell in love with traded it in like a dummy misses it so much I played car chess finally got another 1 decided I was going to modify it, changed my mind figured the trackhawk is modified already. I really don't like any other car's except they hellcat challenger but I live in a state that snow's and I don't want to put a ton of miles on the trackhawk so I daily the SRT... Quick little story and advice for some people. I had 40k saved to my name and was about to finance a trackhawk. It was very hard to hold off as it is my dream car. I talked to some people and invested that 40k into a rental property instead. I secured a property that was $280,000. My mortgage came out to be $1400 and I charged $2300 in rent. I then went back to the dealer a year later and financed a trackhawk and my tenants pay for every penny of it. Remember to make your money work for you!

The trackhawk holds value more than a regular car because I also rent it out on Turo for $900 a day and have gotten countless bookings for weddings, proms, and people wanting to drive it in general. I'm on track to pay off the hawk in 1.5 years. Later down the road I can sell it for 70k+. Many ways to make money.

Don't try to refinance until intrest rates drop, the FED's just raised them again. I have an 850 credit score and no credit card debt only my mortgage and I payed 1/2 of my TrackHawk when I bought it and financed 45k for 5 years, I got 7.5% intrest rate 3 weeks ago. My payment is $900 and only $575 goes toward principle. I am going to pay $625 extra towards principle a month to try and pay it off in 1/2 the time. If intrest rates drop sooner I will definitely refinance. GREAT video!!!

I made a bad decision last year and bought a 60k brand new truck. I was paying over 1k a month between payment insurance and gas. I actually just sold the truck back to the dealer and luckily lost very little but learnt a big lesson. I hate the stress of all that debt plus knowing if I got sick, my wife or kids got sick, or anything happen because nothing is guaranteed, I wouldn’t loose it all because of my foolish Payments. Since I’ve gotten rid of the truck I now put around 1000 a month in my 401k at work instead. Hopefully long down the road I’ll be thankful I did that and can buy a few vehicles cash.

I bought a condo in Dublin OH (nice upper-mid suburb in Columbus) when I was 28 in '00 for 2 of your car payments and sold it for 350k 12 years later. Live your best life my ,G live it up how you feel, but just some advice. A little here and a little there put in the right place and you can get a solid level up. Talkin real investment (real estate, financial instruments) not no crypto or get rich quick junk. Just gotta get a trustworthy advisor because just one car payment put in the right thing could double in value by the time the payments are done. Now you got probably 1 and half times what you woulda paid out for the car as cash in the bank. Just something to think about in case you ever start a family or change your mindset on the future. I understand why you need to walk your way too and definitely thank you for your service. I’m 25 and I have a 2020 Trackhawk , Retired military as well . I have a 735 credit score and the best rate I could get was a 7.64% over 72 months . I pay $1,688.45 a month but I double the payments . But i guess it even out because during the peak of Covid I purchased a home with a 2.75% interest rate and my mortgage payment is only 1125 😂

Dam brother. I’m in finances, and I can tell you these are amongst the absolute worst investments I’ve ever seen 😂. Money is so expensive to borrow right now. Just hold off on buying and wait for interest rates and value of assets (cars, homes, etc) to plummet. It’s going to happen soon.

If you financed with the dealership they typically go 2.5% over credit unions also.✌🏽

First congrats on new purchase I'm a car guy I get it but I would've got a 5.7 put in a 397 stroker and either a hellcat supercharger or twin turbo setup all in our the door 20k
So with a 5.7 around 40k and with that set up 20k totalling 60k
Will be faster stronger reliable and $40,000 cheaper

Wassup Bro I just wanna give you a good tip about credit …. I joined the Military August 2009 with bad credit my credit score was prolly in the 400s because of student loans I got out in 2016 once I was out I did a credit repair and also got my all my students loans discharged … my credit score is around 820’s so my secret if you didn’t know I’m not trying to assume but since 2009 I had all my bills on Automatic payments especially it helps because I never had a late payment in 10+ years I get low interest rates on a lot of things I have cars, own homes , but my payment history is flawless never late but ofcourse you need steady income to achieve this but too me it makes a difference when companies look at your credit a good score helps but a outstanding payment history really let the institutions know ok we can trust this guy he’s never late on his bill payments and he has steady income whether it’s a good job/retirement just wanted to share

You need to check credit unions and don't do dealer financing. Dealers can add up to 2.5% extra to your interest rate and that goes straight to them as profit, so you're just paying the middle man for no reason.

@@SRTHellhawk too make the story short i was 19 when I bought my first car back in April last last year my credit score was a 739 I got a 2018 Nissan Altima sl for 18k 21 after taxes and my apr is 3.07% fast forward to now I’m pre approved for about 40k and I want to get a scat pack or rt I owe 17 on the car still and there only offering 12 , would it be bad to roll over the rest of the money should I try to pay a couple thousand off then do it what do you think , currently at a 750

Yes you can, it all started a little over 5 years ago I bought a 2014 jeep fell in love with traded it in like a dummy misses it so much I played car chess finally got another 1 decided I was going to modify it, changed my mind figured the trackhawk is modified already. I really don't like any other car's except they hellcat challenger but I live in a state that snow's and I don't want to put a ton of miles on the trackhawk so I daily the SRT...
