Its probably called Deltarune the (not) Musical since it doesnt really tell the full story and just has the major tracks and events n stuff. Susie is actually just eating a chalk, and for your question about this game's relation to undertale, most of undertale's characters are in deltarune. Toriel and Asgore are the divorced parents of Kris and Asriel, Alphys is a teacher at the same school(along with Toriel), Undyne is a police officer and many more. Plus Deltarune is literally an anagram of the word Undertale. However I dont't think Deltarune is connected to Undertale's story and just has its own one.
(oh and if you're wondering how the heck they went from a normal school to a fantasy-style medieval rpg world, Kris and Susie went through a supply closet at their school and fell into a portal into the Dark World, an alternate dimension inhabited by Darkners.)

Deltarune is basically an official undertale AU(alternate universe)... Kris is an AU of Chara judging by the freaky eyes the love for sweets and the ability to materialize knives out of thin air... wait how do they even do that? last I checked humans can't use magic(but then again I guess controlling time turning ones own soul into a gun and making dark worlds could be considered magic)
edit: I just checked and while Kris has always manifested a knife whenever they ripped out their soul(in the first chapter at the end it just appears in Krises hand there so unless they are a master when it comes to slight of hand I highly doubt it was hiding somewhere on their body) the real knife wasn't manifested by Chara but was simply a knife Chara had that was somehow altered by the genocide route

We know that Kris learned magic tricks on the internet when they was trying to learn real magic, so this is probably a trick. And pulling out the soul is most likely something they learned when they studied occult magic with a friend.
