I'm thinking of buying a resin figure in orzgk but I barely see reviews on CZcams, do you recommend the page? I'm scared that I can reach the country with customs, they told me that I wouldn't get any taxes by ship but I don't know

I can't confirm. I ordered from then on april 2023 and am still waiting. My order was for Q4 2023 but got changed to Q1 2024 and still not heard anything

Sometimes it happens with preorders, it may not depend on the website, the best you can do is waiting, if it got delayed again try to contact the customer service and see what they tell you

Usually pre-order closed means you're not paying the pre-order price anymore but the product still isn't out yet, but to be sure about it you should contact them through customer service
